  Lots of baby toys, great pool and beach. Comfortable beds and incredible sunsets. We even caught fish! I'd recommend shopping in Placida for fresh produce and fish and bait. Owners were very helpful and eager to make us feel at home.

  The reviews of this house are spot on - it has everything. It's perfect for families with children - even infants. There seemed to be an unlimited supply of toys - which is great if the weather isn't perfect. The beach views are amazing and the pool is the icing on the cake. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect place to stay on our trip. The only problem was not wanting to leave!

  The property was spotless and amazingly well stocked with anything we needed. The owners were extremely helpful and available to answer any questions we had. The home was even more beautiful than the photos.

  This house has it all!! From the moment we arrived we found the home fully equipped with everything a family would want or need for a great beach vacation. The location is perfect and the house has great views of the beach from the master bedroom, living room and family room. The house is so well stacked and maintained you don't need to bring a thing. We had small children with us and found games, toys, movies, crib, highchair, EVERYTHING we needed to enjoy and entertain the children! The pool is fantastic along with all the pool toys, beach chairs, fishing equipment and gas grill. The sound system was great on the lanai/pool deck and the CD selections were fantastic! The decor throughout the house was beautiful and high quality. The linens were all high quality and the beds were super comfortable. Everything at this property has been well maintained and surpassed our expectations! The owners have literally thought of everything! It's a great house for getting together with family as we did and was so relaxing. We didn't want to leave!!

  Our stay could not have been better! Very spacious home, fully equipped with everything one would need while away from home. Beautiful sunset views from both living areas. Private pool, beach and deck. Wonderfully maintained property - it was immaculate upon our arrival. Thank you for such a lovely vacation.

  Incredible views and wonderful home directly on the beach just steps from the waters edge combined to make this the perfect relaxing family getaway. The kitchen was situated centrally, and allowed us to keep an eye on the children in the pool while cooking and at the same time enjoying the gorgeous sunsets. Everything we needed was right at hand, and stores were nearby for shopping for food, etc. The house is well-cared for and has a great vibe because of that. We loved the understated luxury and comfort of the furnishings. While the weather did not cooperate for part of the trip, it really didn’t matter much as the pool was heated so that on the cooler days, we were still able to swim. We loved walking along the virtually empty beach, swimming, searching for shells, searching for sharks teeth and the kids loved playing with all the many toys and games. We spent hours watching the pelicans dive for food, and the gulls trying to steal it. Cooking and clean up were a joy and the kitchen had everything we needed. While we had planned to participate in activities available in the area, once we got to the house we felt so relaxed, we barely ever left the property. The description and photos were accurate, the owners were helpful and kind, and we would highly recommend this property to family and friends. We loved everything about this place and will be back for sure.

  This house is even better than the photos. It is very comfortable and well stocked to meet all your vacation needs. The owners are very accommodating and make sure your stay is exceptional. It was a particularly great home for those traveling with children. There are a ton of games, toys and pool/beach toys too. The beach is very deserted, we maybe saw five other people the entire week we were there. It has lots of beautiful shells and tons of shark teeth too. The only negative is the lack of things to do on the key... But that wasn't an issue for us since we spent the majority of our time enjoying this lovely home!

  The house was perfect and beautiful. The owners left us a beautiful fruit basket and items for breakfast, much appreciated! The house and grounds were clean and well maintained. The screened in pool and lanai were used constantly. Very family friendly house. The view of the ocean is magnificent. Would definetly recommend this house to anyone.

  We were at this house when tropical storm Debbie decided to show up. I couldn't have asked for a better place to be with our family with that weather. Soooo accommodating! We watched our grandchildren put on shows for us in the more than spacious house. I can not say enough about Connie and her hospitality. I would recomend this home to anyone and everyone. We will go back.

  It has been our dream for years to share the beauty and serenity of Manasota Key with our children and grandchildren. This home was a wonderful place to gather and share our time together. The setup and accomodations were beyond expectations and extremely family friendly. The owners and caretakers are very gracious. A great place for swimming, beachcombing, grillouts, relaxation and playing. We all felt so at home that it was hard to leave. We will all have fond memories for years to come.
