Our two story condo features beautiful Lake Tahoe views and is just steps to a sandy beach and boat dock for kid friendly fishing! Public boat launch, park and playground a short walk. Several major ski resorts just minutes away.
Enjoy two outdoor decks with BBQ, dining table and outdoor couch. Charming living room has cathedral ceilings, wood burning fireplace and large sofa for big screen viewing. Large, fully equipped kitchen adjoins dining room with large table for 8.
Master suite features a jacuzzi tub. Two large bedrooms feature queen beds. living room alcove has a queen futon for relaxing or slides flat for sleep. Two full baths on the lower (bedroom) level, additional full bath upstairs in the living and kitchen area.

The house is really great, just by the lake, an awesome view, for any season. Every room is very spacious and easily accomodates 9 as it says.It is a very cozy place, nice fireplace and the hot tub is pretty close to the house if you want to try it after a ski day. The owners are very nice and responsive people. Location wise, is also perfect: about 10 to 15 minutes to Squaw and not too far from other North Resorts. Plenty of restaurants, bars and groceries nearby,in sum you will definitely have a great time there.Owner response: Thank you for your kind review. We spent a few days here with the extended family -- 6 adults and 3 little kids -- to celebrate my parents' 45th anniversary. It was a great time. The condo was great for us! There was plenty of room, with comfortable bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, as well as a big living area and dining table. It is steps from the lake -- like having a private beach. We loved the patios, and spent lots of time just relaxing and soaking in the sun. The pool is nice, and you are a nice walking distance to town on a great little bike path. The condo was clean and everything was in great working order, and the owner was responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, age 55+.

We just came back from a wonderful ski weekend and could not have been more pleased with this condo. The condo was perfect for our two families with children ages 8 and under. The property has beautiful views of the lake and is located close to downtown and about 15 minutes to Squaw and Alpine. The beds were very comfortable, kitchen fully stocked, family room & kitchen open and relaxing. All in all the place was clean, well maintained and very cozy. The owner was helpful and a pleasure to work with. We are planning on coming back in the summer to enjoy the lake, beach, pool, volleyball and patios! I would recommend it!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, families with young children.

We had an amazing time in this rental. We had a family reunion and the open floor plan was perfect for accommodating dinner guests. The patio and patio furniture was wonderful. The kitchen was stocked and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the lake and the pool/spa. The complex was nice and the whole experience was well worth the money- we will be returning! Helena was great to work with!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, sightseeing, families with young children.
Owner response: Thank you for your kind words. We also meet there for family reunions, the large table seats 8 and the flow right out to the patio for additional seating is so easy. We find that the large L shaped couch can handle plenty for movie night!

We had an incredible time during our stay! The condo has a beautiful lake view and is within walking distance to a bike/run path and much more! The kids walked down to the lake, enjoyed sitting on a grassy area near the lake, and finished it off with a jump in the pool! The condo was well-equiped, clean, plenty of room, and we spent a lot of time sitting on the balcony watching the sunset and enjoying the lake view! I highly recommend this condo...definately worth the price! We will definately be returning next summer!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

I would stay at this place again! It's just a minute's walk from the shore of Lake Tahoe, the third condo from the beach, with beautiful views from the decks. It's very peaceful and quiet on this property. The living room is comfortable, spacious and light, as well as the adjoining dining room/kitchen. Very clean, very pleasant. The owner was very helpful/thoughtful regarding our questions about weather, interests, and location. It's close to Tahoe City,Squaw Valley, and other areas of interest around the lake.I would definitely recommend it to a friend or relative.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, sightseeing, families with young children, age 55+.
Owner response: We were just there for July 4th weekend and the weather was awesome. We played volleyball and badmitton on the sand court, right outside our back door. We have installed a new wrap around couch on our front balcony, we put a new umbrella over the table on the same balcony. Plenty of shaded seating! The landscape is lush and colorful. There are wonderful adirondack chairs right at the lake edge for relaxing reading!

We just returned from a great ski weekend at this beautiful lakeside condo. The unobstructed view of the lake from the upstairs living room is beautiful, actually more impressive than the photos. The living room is very comfortable with ample seating for large groups. The large, round dining room table was a great gathering place for breakfast, dinner and family game night. The kitchen was well stocked and everything worked perfectly. The three bedrooms/ three bathroom configuration was perfect for our group of six. The location couldn't be better, with easy access to the road to Tahoe City (1 mile) or King's Beach (7 miles). We had a great dinner (lobster tacos) one night at Caliente at King's Beach and then dined in the other night. The drive to Squaw was an easy 15 minutes. The indoor hot tub was a short walk from the condo and helped with the sore skiing muscles. The owner was very nice and helpful with all of my questions. I would definitley stay there again.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, sightseeing.

Tahoe City is the perfect location for a vacation. A 3 hour drive to the bay area, 40 minutes to Reno for gambling and air travel. Our condo is 1 scenic one mile walk into town and close to many ski areas.
