Updated and remodeled 4th floor direct oceanfront condo. Full kitchen with new appliances. Cable TV with several DVD's for your viewing enjoyment as well as several books for reading on the beach. Both the TV in the living room and the TV in the master bedroom have DVD players.
The Master bedroom has a TV with DVD player and view of the ocean. Guest BR has 2 Twin beds. Closet includes chairs, rafts, toys, board games and Boogie Boards. Linens and dishes provided.
On New Smyrna's car free section of the beach. Four Shuffleboard courts and 2 Olympic sized pools (one heated). 2 Kiddie pools.
A large clubhouse for activities. 2 Laundry facilities per floor. Assigned parking in front of the building. Grocery shopping and dining within walking distance.
You can get a Wi=Fi connection in the condo.
Why the Owner Chose Sea Coast Gardens: During our family vacations in Orlando, Florida, we always seemed to make our way to the ocean for a few days. We fell in love with a small beach town called New Smyrna Beach. It has wonderful shopping, restaurants and 12 miles of sandy beaches. Our condo has a direct oceanview so that we can relax and watch the waves. The sunrise view from our balcony is outstanding. We can sleep to the sounds of the constant waves and wake up with a spectacular view of the water.

Owner Description: We are from the Midwest, and for our family a perfect vacation would be to visit the attractions at Walt Disney World, and then take a side trip to the beach. We love the ocean activities especially Boogie Boarding and swimming. We were especially pleased with the beaches on the east coast of Florida. We found a true paradise in New Smyrna, and we decided to buy there.

Recently stayed here with 3 children over 4th of July week. Condo beautifully decorated, and more than accomodating for a family of 5. Pool area and deck very clean and nice. Laundry, store, theatres close. Smaller town very nice area to site-see from. The views from this condo are breathtaking and the beach was awesome! Sunrises, soft sand, and waves to ride on so much fun, life guards close, incase you are wondering. Great family get-a-way. Hard to top this one. Would definately go back. We were lucky enough to catch the last shuttle launch while we were there. Take your kite they had 2 flying the entire time we were there! Loved It!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Outstanding! The accomodations are great, clean, quiet up to date and most important close to everything we like to do. Boogie boarding on the beach was great just a stroll away from great places to eat and so close to all the disney attractions. The owners are wonderful people and the price was the most reasonable we found for the place you get. This place is amazing! I always have such a relaxing time when I get to vacation here! I literally sit on the beach in a cozy beach chair and read novels!
