We have been going to Jaco for years. Funky beach city with lots of "theatre" in town. Diamonte Del Sol was the nicest stay we have had in terms of convenience, comfort, location, and fun. Very clean and modern with flat screen TVs and Wi Fi plus all kitchen and laundry appliances. Good construction with quality fit and trim. Not flimsy and cheap as so many beach condos are. This unit faces the beach and has a huge patio to lounge on while watching the activities on the beach and in the ocean. You can hear the waves crashing while in bed. The best! Loved the location. Very easy to get around with or without a car. Cabs are under $2 for anywhere in the city. The owners are very helpful and informative with lots of pre visit information ranging from restaurants (good and 'don't bother'), places to go visit, vendors, and really neat spots to shop, watch an American football game with a crowd, view the sunsets with an adult beverage, and such. One does not get that kind of attention with most rentals. If you are staying in Jaco, you will not be disappointed in this unit. Awesome place and people!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, tourists without a car.

My wife and I stayed in this property for one week. We loved the unit, it was exactly as pictured. It was both clean and extremely comfortable. I always felt safe. Everybody on the property including Daystar (managers) were extremely friendly and helpful. The owners of the unit were amazing in the amount of useful information they shared about Jaco and the environs. From restaurant reviews to activities they provided an extremely useful and helpful guide so we could maximize our week there. The pool area is terrific and the beach and ocean are yards away from the pool area. In short we loved our stay there, we loved Jaco and would go back anytime. it has our highest recommendations!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, sightseeing.

Beautiful modern condo with huge deck directly facing the Pacific. We just sat on the deck for hours and watched the sun set. We loved Jaco and the convenience from our unit. We walked everywhere with ease, and weather was perfect. Can't wait to return and will definitely stay in the same place!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

My wife and I just returned from Jaco where we stayed in this beautiful, luxurious condo for 3 weeks. Pictures don’t do justice to this Condo, Its really much nicer than the photos reflect. The condo is equipped with wireless Internet, washer/dryer as well as all the modern conveniences we have at home. The large terrace faces the beach and ocean, where you can enjoy the surfers while having your breakfast, and wine and cheese watching the sunsets. The location to the main street is a short block from the condo. The town is extremely easy to navigate, the weather is perfect, and the location is ideal for restaurants, bars, surf shops and the grocery store. The owners were extremely helpful with tips for travel, sightseeing as well as the best places to dine. We highly recommend both Jaco and this condo at Diamante Del Sol.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Four of us stayed in this unit over New Years. The location can not be beat. We were close to everything! The unit is on the ocean with a great view of the surfers and a very short walk to the main part of Jaco. The owners were fantastic to work with. They gave us an overview of Jaco with recommendations and addressed every question we had. Diamanté Del Sol is one of a few premier properties in Jaco and the owners made it even better. During our week stay, we did spend a couple of nights at another place and it did not come close to this unit.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

This condo made our vacation!! It is by far the the very best place to stay in Jaco. Not only is the condo beautiful, but the cleanliness, the amenities, the location, the pool, the service, the security, is all over the top. The owner's are wonderful to work with, they give you their recommendations for activities, restaurants, hanging out places and even grocery stores. We would go back in a heart beat!! Traveled to Jaco and spent 8 Days in this beautiful condo! The view from the balcony overlooked the ocean and each morning I'd enjoy my cup of coffee while watching the locals surf! The condo is very clean and has everything you need to enjoy a restful vacation. Including a large kitchen, spacious living room and two bedrooms. Many of the local restaurants and attractions are a short walk away! Llemon Zest is a restaurant I'd recommend. We also enjoyed the zip line adventures and Manuel Antonio. I definitely plan to return again! It wasn't until I got back home that I realized what a great place Jaco is and how relaxing the stay had been! To those thinking about getting away, just do it! You won't regret the adventure!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We stayed at the Condo in June of 2011 with our family of 5. The unit is clean (like new!), beautiful and has all the amenities you could want. The balcony is large and a great place to eat or relax while enjoying the ocean views. Very handy to have wireless internet and washer/dryer available. We did the ATV and horeback tours of the rain forest and both were terrific. Also took day trips to Manuel Antonio, Playa Blanca as well as just kicked back by the pool. Lots of great options to enjoy your time. We are looking forward to our next trip!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

Beautiful location, condo and everything else about this place. Staff was fantastic. Easy to walk to town. Pool was great and walking on the beach was too. Great view and such a very comfortable, well decorated condo. The towels were fantastic - meaning even something that little was taken care of. Best of all, the owners were great - easy to talk with (email) and very responsive. They provided a lot of information, all of it well appreciated and turned out to be right on! This was the easiest VRBO I have experienced to date. We stayed at this condo from May21st thru May 28th and I did not want to go home. The condo was fantastic and every morning we ate breakfast on the balcony watching the waves and the surfers. We walked the beach and in to town every day. The pool was beautiful and the people at the unit were so very friendly and Anna helped us with all of our tours, she was fabulous!! We had a wonderful time and loved the facilities. We will be going back next year and taking family with us, a little longer.We highly recommend these acccomendations.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

I cannot tell you what a great trip... and great place this is! The condo has everything you can possilby need, has a wonderful set up with very nice finishes, and is just steps from the beach. Just back a swimsuit, shorts/shirts, and flip flops... you are now ready! We did not know what to expect - as this was our first trip to Costa Rica. I can say that we will definitely be back! Everything is within walking distance: fabulous restaurants, grocery store, farmer's market, shopping, beach, etc, etc. We enjoyed watching the surfers from our balcony every morning while enjoying the local coffee and fresh fruit from the market. We went on a fun expedition to Tortuga. Shuttle picked us up at our door and took us to the boat. The boat was about a nce 2 hour trip (think yacht & "happy juice"). We snorkeled for about an hour, then had a great lunch (cooked by the boat captain) on the beach, and hung out. There was some great Regae music and plenty more "happy juice" We also went zip lining in the jungle. Also an awesome adventure. We also had one of the spas come to the condo for a wonderful massage on our balcony. We could hear the beach waves and sea gulls. What a great way to relax and unwind. Also, the on-site management company was extremely responsive. Any time we needed anything or had a question.... they were on top of it! I highly recommend visiting Jaco and staying at this condo in Diamante del Sol!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

My family stayed here for 10 days and had a wonderful time. The unit is perfectly located on the ocean, but just a block from the main street of Jaco. We had a great time watching the surfers and splashing in the pool. Several nights we walked into town for dinner and then had ice cream at Pops. We especially enjoyed Pili Pili and Taco Bar. Great french bakery not far from the condo made a great breakfast. It was nice to not have to lug down pool towels and the owners were very helpful in answering our questions. We can not wait to visit again!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

I stayed at this condo back in November just before Thanksgiving. The location is perfect - you are very close to shopping, restaurants, nightlife, and most importantly the beach. The condo itself is beautifully decorated with all the amenities - laundry, internet, cable, washer/dryer etc and has magnificent views of the sunset every evening. Jaco is a fantastic vacation destination as it has something for everyone. If you are an adrenaline junky you can get your fill with surfing, ATVs, and zipline jungle tours, or just relax on the beach with a pina colada and call it a day.
