St Augustine Beach house is a lovely one level single family modern home with high ceilings and is located on Anastasia Island. There are no steps so the home may be suitable for people with some walking difficulties, both showers have one small step and are the walk-in type.
The house is modern and was custom built in 1998 by a local quality builder. The home has features such as corian counter tops and marble windowsills. the lvign room is open plan to the kitchne
There is a new 42inch FLAT SCREEN TV in the living room with satellite TV.
The master suite is large. there is a KING SIZE BED with a luxury matress and brand new bedroom quality furniture
The master bath has a large separate walk in shower
there is an oversized tub . There is a large walk in closet complete with full length mirror.
The home is split bedroom plan so the other 2 bedrooms are on the other side of the home
The second bedroom has built in shelves and has 2 twin beds with good matresses.The house bathroom is adjacent to this bedroom
The 3rd bedroom has an armoire for clothes and has a LUXURY QUEEN BED WITH A POSTERPEDIC SEALEY MATTRESS.
The living room is spacious and open plan to the kictchen
there is a full wall of glass doors leading to the covered outdoor dining area.
it is a full kitchen with a full size stove, dishwasher, fridge and freezer
the kitchen is well equipped with pots,plates, pans,coffee maker, toaster etc. there is a charcoal grill for outdoor grilling
The house is located between the beach and the intra coastal waterway.It is in a very peaceful private residential area at the end of a cul de sac. This would be an ideal chice if you are looking for a peaceful break yet close to the beach- less than a mile.
It is 1 mile to the drive on beach entrance so much more convenient- take everything with you!!! there is also public parking by the pier or down at Crescent beach.
It is a few minutes drive to the nearest bar and restaurants, or a 15 minute walk. It has a private fenced back garden which faces South and has a lovely new patio dining set.
Our home is on Anastasia Island within very easy reach of all the ameneties you can even bike to the beach and we provide 2 adult beach bikes for you to use.
The home is in a very quiet neighborhood and you dont have traffic noise.
By choosing our home you will benefit from the LOWER PRICES we are able to charge and you have more privacy and quiet than a condo.
This lovely modern home full of light has a private back yard that faces south and is fully fenced. We hope you choose to make our home your 'home away from home'
Small dogs under 25lbs are accepted subject to the pet policy- please send e mail and request pet policy or call or click on the link to our mainwebsite to view the pet policy.
Pet fee 1 time fee per dog $100.
Minimum rental age 25.
Refundable damage deposit is $250. The deposit can be held against a credit card.
We would love to welcome you to our beautiful home on Anastasia Island. We have the highest speed wi fi because we use it ourselves
all the furniture is brand new and expensive - So treat yourself to a little luxury at our home that we use ourselves in the winter.

We had a blast and love the house. All 3 of my children want to move down here. We loved the area and had a wonderful time in this beautiful house. Thank you Zusanne and Paul for allowing me and my family to enjoy your lovely house. By the way, your house has all that can be possibly be needed in a vacation house and most important is very well located. Close to the village, restaurant, shopping & supermarket, even main roads making it very accessible to near by locations. In our stay we had the opportunity to visit Savannah, Georgia. As you know, we are loking forward to move to St. Augustine, but in the mean while we will definitetly contact you in the near future to rent your property once again. We had a great vacation at this property in July 2011. We were visiting from England, so was a little apprehensive about the whole booking process, but Suzanne was very easy to deal with and answered any queries I had - no matter how small and she was very helpful and informative. The property exceeded our expectations and was actually larger than the photos suggested. The house was very clean and well maintained. It was a great base for staying in St Augustine. We especially liked Saltwater Cowboys Restaurant nearby, with its original charm and great food. We will certainly come back to this rental next time we are visiting and will recommend it to our friends.Recommended for: Pet owners, families with young children, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway.

Having previously stayed at their lovely rental home in North Carolina, we were confident to book another rental holiday with this couple. Nothing is too much trouble and there is always an eye to detail. The personal touch led to stress free booking, easy checking in/out and help above and beyond to pursue chartering a yacht on the inland sea to fulfil our love of sailing. Tastefully decorated, the condition and hospitality of this property ensures a home from home. In a tranquil setting close to the beach, the bikes were a welcome touch to facilitate easy access to fishing, safe swimming in warm water and excursions to local restaurants and bars, including the Hurrcane Wings Bar and Grill. A stroll to these facilities, though, was just as easy. No hesitation in recommending this lovely home and this family run business.Recommended for: Pet owners, sightseeing, age 55+.

We - 3 adults in the mid forties - booked the house May 2011 and found a spacious, very well maintained, clean hideaway for a relaxing week near the ocean. Fully equipped kitchen-area, nicely furnished bedrooms and baths, a sheltered terrace, barbecue, all in a quiet neighborhood. The beautiful beach of St. Augustine Beach is just a short hop away - 2 minutes by car or 5-8 minutes by one of the two provided mountain bikes. Shopping possibilities are also nearby. The beautiful city of St. Augustine is about a 20 minues drive away and offers heaps of dining, shopping and sightseeing opportunities. Reservation/booking was simple. 2 mails, one very pleasant telephone call and all was fixed - it couldn´t be easier. The same applies to the check in procedures. We highly recommend the house to our friends - there is no better way to make homelike vacation!Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.
