'The Beach House' is a custom executive beach side home that has been on the vacation rental market for only two years. A large 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath home beautifully appointed with hard wood floors throughout and NEWLY refinished hard wood floors downstairs, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, crown moulding and 12' ceilings downstairs. There is an open and screened in front porch with flat screen TV, private master balcony, and a large sundeck with a partial gulf view that is great for enjoying sunsets, cocktails, and the remains of the day. Richly appointed with nice furnishings for your comfort with flat screens, DVDs, wireless Internet, and FREE long distance calls (US and Canada). New 60' Flat screen with Blu Ray. Beautifully landscaped yard with brick paver and ribbon curbed accents with plenty of parking next to the home. Three A/C zones, ceiling fans throughout and on the screened porch, front loading washer and dryer, new charcoal grill.
Located in the upscale yet private subdivision of Jubilation, one can expect to enjoy secluded serenity in a refined setting. The home is situated just a two minute walk to the private beach/pool club that is for residents (only two families are full time residents) and guests of vacation rental homes. After a stop at the pool, one can meander through the cattails and wetlands on the newly renovated boardwalk on their way to one of the most beautiful and secluded beaches in Florida. Jubilation is contiguous to federal land that hugs miles westerly facing and secluded Gulf of Mexico coastline with no access available through the federal lands. Bottomline: this is a great house, in a good location, managed by a no-hassle and professional company. I stayed in this house with two other adults and 4 kids. We easily could have fit 3 times that in this place-it's huge. Each room has a generous bathroom and the kids room has bunk beds (something we weren't expecting). Besides being gorgeous and well decorated these were the best features: -2 great porches. One screened in on the ground level and one practically on the roof with great sun and views. -Well designed kitchen with everything we needed. Kitchen also had a great low bar for the kids to eat at. -The location was in a quiet neighborhood and close to the beach. But it is also perfectly situated for doing things in Port St. Joe AND St Joseph State Park. We liked being in the middle of the two. -Pool access. The pool was a bit closer than the beach and great for the kids. But there really isn't a "clubhouse" and the outdoor showers (by the pool) were broken when we were there. A few things to consider: -The house echoes; a lot. Really not a huge deal but the sound from noisy kids could get rough. -The house is huge but the kitchen table is small. We made up for it by putting kids at the bar. But if you have a large party realize you might have to eat in shifts. -This house has a lot of stairs. If you have someone with limited mobility this place is definitely not for them Those are really small things but all I can think of! We all really enjoyed our stay and I have no problem recommending the house and the company to my friends.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.
Owner response: Thank you so much for the positve feedback. This home has recently been purchased and the new onwer has made it even more spectacular. The showers at the pool were temporarily out of order, but have been fixed and are in working order. Our home ownern's association handles all of the maintenance for our sub-division.

Oh my gosh! What a wonderful beach home! It felt like we were in a house in an upscale urban neighborhood with the Gulf of Mexico at our fingertips. (12 ft ceilings, heart of pine floors, big modern kitchen with an open floor plan AND a bathroom off every bedroom. The master bedroom is spectacular as is the huge bathroom) There was more than enough space for all 8 of us with the privacy of everyone having their own bathroom. The listing on this home does not do it justice. Just wait until you see it! The owner was quick to return our phone calls and emails when we were in the renting process. She made it an overall positive experiene. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone and everyone.Recommended for: Families with teenagers.

We recently stayed at the Jubilation house. It was perfect, new, beautifully and tastelfully decorated, and most of all private! It's a small community with a pool and pool house, and it's a short walk to the beach. We were the only ones on the beach, which is right next to national park land. We had everything we needed to cook every night. It was 3 couples with 4 children. Obviously, the rooms are spacious, and accomodated 3 families nicely. I HIGHLY recommend this property!Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.
