  My friends and I were in the Desert for a Tennis Tournament, we were so lucky to find this amazing house!! Sitting in the golf course, seeing a golf carts passing by, or simply just hanging out by the pool. Coming from LA, is like a dream!! We loved everything about the house: the sleek design, the nice furniture, the amenities (live music at the Clubhouse were amazing) and the nice owner. We will for sure stay at this house whenever we are coming back to the Desert again!!!!

  Great stay in this vacation condo. The complex is nice--several clean and well heated pools, including one just around the corner of the unit. The pool is huge and temperature was just right even though it was not hot during our visit, and best of all we had it all to ourselves! The complex is either a long walk or a short drive from all the action in downtown Palm Springs and the neighborhood is nice. The owner Dina handled everything promptly, efficiently, and with no hassles or hidden charges. She was also really helpful and supportive of our bringing our dog. The unit is clean and well cared for. But note that the walls are thin and the construction has that early 70s feel to it, so keep your expectations appropriate. Also the kitchen is not well-equipped in terms of cookware, etc., so I'd recommend bringing a few things if you are driving to the unit.

  Our stay here was amazing! It's close to the pool, which is nice and warm. Plus, it has a bbq area. The house was clean and very spacious. We plan to come back ASAP!!!!

  Beautifully renovated apartment- great value! Really comfortable for up to five people. Well equipped kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. Pool/barbeque area is lovely. Couldn't have been happier with our stay here!

  What an amazingly experience it was!! The unit is stunning beautiful, has been completely remodeled with all tile and hardwood floor. Close to downtown Palm Springs, big pool & jacuzzi, as well as the BBQ area all next to the unit. The owner is very nice and handy. The brand new sofa bed is very comfy, all is excellent in this unit!! Will comeback again, soon!!!

  I can't tell you enough about this place!!! Everything is clean and NEW. Newly renovated condo with all Stainless Steel appliances. The pool is heated and big, plenty of space for my friends & I to do BBQ . As well as big jacuzzi to soak yourself in after all day around town!!. The unit itself is absolutely gorgeous and SUPER clean as all is marble tile and wood floor combined. Centrally located and close to downtown. The owner is very accommodating. Will comeback again, soon!!!

  The unit is centrally located in Palm Springs (13485 S. Camino Real). The amenities are great. We enjoyed having a tennis court on site and the pool/hot tub was wonderful with great clean barbeques. Unfortunately there were a few negatives. The cleaning of the unit was sub standard and a big disappointment to us. There were also no kitchen towels, no washcloths, no pool towels. After a phone call to the owner the fish tank was removed and some towels supplied. The owner was easy to work with.

  Our first visit to Palm Springs area to attend the Indian Wells Tennis Tournament. Great value for the price. HD Satellite and Wifi. Played tennis with owner and her husband on site. Easy drive to tennis garden. Listing was accurate. Property was clean and well maintained. Owner was always available to help with questions and information about area. Many great restaurants on the way to the tennis garden down Hwy. 111.

  A great place to stay in Palm Springs. Location is PERFECT!!! Close to everything, the unit is amazing with many windows and glass sliding door with a view!! The 3 stainless steel BBQ grill is very clean and ready to use, next to the swimming pool & jacuzzi. The owner is very accommodating. For sure will come back again soon and it's highly recommended!!!

  The description was perfect; the property was clean and well-maintained, the customer service absolutely excellent. It was conveniently located, comfortable, and quite lovely. I would not only recommend it to anyone, but will most likely rent it again.
