Additional amenities include plush couches, electric fireplace, and french doors that open onto a large side patio with BBQ grill and outdoor seating. Enjoy cooking a meal for your family and friends in this homes deluxe kitchen, fully loaded with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances! The master suite is located on the second level and comes with its own private kitchen and living area. Home has two additional master bedrooms, each with private baths, deluxe bathtubs, walk-in closets, and flat screen TV. Fourth and Fifth bedrooms are also very spacious. Third floor has a large deck, where you can relax in the sun and enjoy stunning ocean views! This house was amazing. The pictures and descriptions were very accurate with minor differences in furniture. It was clean and well maintained. We've been coming to San Diego for years and have never stayed in this part of Mission Beach before. We loved this area. This house was on a really nice court. We always felt safe. The houses around us were all occupied by families. We had 11 people and the property had plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. The 4 car garage was a nice bonus. We filled 2 garages with bikes, surf boards and bogey boards. The garages was not too small for our cars, however, if you have a large car or truck there is an overnight parking lot a few blocks away. I liked being able to book online and communicate with the rental company by text.The staff was very friendly and helpful. They even sent us texts during the week to make sure everything was OK. I thought that was a nice touch. We would highly recommend 710Beach Rentals and 743 Dover.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

We had a great experience at this lovely house. It was very clean and well-kept. Spacious enough for 10 of us. We had a variety of ages from 4 to 74 including 2 teenagers. The sun deck at the top of the house was very lovely with a view of the fireworks from Sea World every night. It would have been nice to have an umberella for a little shade up there and also in the front of the house which got equally toasty as it is quite shaded from the sea winds. The staff were easy to deal with and very efficient. The checking in was done by text and super easy. This part of Mission Beach wasn't the best with few coffee shops or eateries. You definately need a car to get you to the supermarket (there is a little market across the street with very friendly owners but a little pricey) The nicer shops as opposed to the surfer/beach types are a 5-10 minute drive away. The garage is very tight, we had a minivan and it was tricky getting in and out. A bigger SUV would not fit. I would highly recommend this property and would be happy to use VRBO again.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children.
