The unit is located on the corner of Robson and Seymour, one block to Granville Street(Shopping @ Pacific Centre, Theatres and Clubs). On Robson Street, within a 2 block radius you will find the Library and Art Gallery and, of course, the famous Robson Street Shopping. One block to Starbucks and the local transit is 1 minute from the front door, the Skytrain is located within a 5 minute walk.

Nice place in the heart of Vancouver
The apartment was wonderful. It was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. Great place for the price. I would recommend it, however for only 2 people. We were 2 adults and 2 kids and were tight. The apartment has one small bedroom and a blowup mattress. You literally have to move furniture to blow up the mattress. Also, there is no air conditioning in the room. There are several stand up fans that work well and with the doors open, a pretty good breeze comes through. We actually ended up putting the mattress on the deck since it took up all the room in the living room and to cool things off. The security was nice. There are multiple levels of security so we felt very safe there. The local is absolutely unmeasurable! We literally walked to all corners of Vancouver with kids ages 7 & 9 and it was very doable. There is a market within one block. There is so much good food closeby if you want to eat out. You could literally have 10 different kinds of food within one block. We found ourselves eating our way around the neighborhood a lot of the time. Edgar is an amazing host. He met us at the apartment when we requested and even helped carry our bags up to the place! He had a number of maps and suggestions of places to go and things to do.

Beautiful, clean, safe, and convenient!
First of all, the owner is extremely nice and easy to make arrangements with. Next, the apartment itself is so comfortable, clean, and tastefully decorated. I loved the bathroom fan which worked so well to keep humidity from the shower away from the rest of the apartment. The kitchen, while small, worked perfectly for our needs and was fully equipped with all dishware and cookware, and the automatic icemaker is always helpful! The view is nice, especially with the relaxing balcony. And it is very quiet, too. The building is very safe, as it requires an electronic FOB key for entry to the exterior door, interior door, and elevator. The tenants mainly appear to be young professionals or graduate/doctoral students - very courteous and quiet. The workout room and smoking terrace on the 4th floor is a nice bonus! The location is the best part - in the center of downtown where there are plenty of shops and eateries. Just a block off the main Granville thoroughfare which has lots of interesting clubs, shops, restaurants, and buses that will zip you up to the public market at Granville Island, or to other parts of Vancouver. It is just a block and a half from two Skytrain stops on all three train lines. From the apartment I walked with no problems to the Convention Centre, Gastown, and Chinatown. Oh, and the Vancouver Art Gallery is two and a half blocks away! Wish I could get back there soon!!!

My wife and I just spend a few days here while visiting Vancouver for the first time. The location was absolutely perfect for us because we could walk everywhere. We walked to Stanley Park, Granville Island, Gastown, Chinatown, etc... right from the condo. The only time we took the car out of the garage was to explore Whistler and North Vancouver. Although the condo is situated in the heart of down town, you couldn't hardly tell at night because it was very quiet... The condo itself is finished nicely with all the necessities including towels, iron and board, etc... The facility appeared very safe with very little traffic, which was an added comfort for us. You don't have to walk far from the house either to find great food, coffee, shopping or groceries. The underground parking is also an added plus and is very convenient. I would strongly recommend this place, especially if you are looking for a great location to call home while you explore all Vancouver has to offer.
