A breathtaking panoramic view of sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico from the living room or shaded, screened in lanai. This unit has no elevator and is not handicapped accessible.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed and private bath while the second bedroom has twin beds and a hall bath. The loftis up the spiral staircase in the loft and shares the hall bathroom. The unit has a full kitchen, dining area, living area, and a screened lanai. Sofa sleeper in the living room. There is a washer and dryer in the utility room just as you enter the cottage. The unit is beautifully decorated. The lanai is a great way to start or end your day while taking in the cool gentle breezes and gorgeous sunsets.
The condo has many upgrades and extras. It has two TVs and a VCRs, several ceiling fans and a beautiful kitchen. You front on two and a half miles of white sand beaches known for their wonderful shelling. The cottages have a swimming pool and tennis courts.
