Each bedroom is spacious with their own bath. There are TV's in all bedrooms and a 42' HDTV in the living room. Guest bedroom bedding: king in master and king in the guest w/private bath (like having 2 master suites!) and 2 queens in other guest along with a sleeper sofa in living room- plenty of room for 10 to sleep comfortably.
