Sunset Point is a one of a kind vacation property located in Steinhatchee where you will find some of the best fishing and Scalloping the gulf coast has to offer. You can fish and scallop the Gulf of Mexico or enjoy Sunset Point with 25 acres of tidal creeks and marsh lands with abundance of wildlife. You can kayak and explore the small islands or fish the creeks for Red Fish and Blue Crabs. But if you are not the adventurous one sit on the deck, with over 400 sq ft of space including observation deck, with family and friends to watch a gorgeous sunset. Sunset Point offers some of the most spectacular sunsets the gulf has to offer. After a day of fishing or scalloping this is the place to sit back, relax and relive the days adventure. Mornings are just as great with the sunrise over the marsh grasses, the sea birds taking their first flight out to the gulf for a day of fishing. The mama raccoon feeding along the creek bank for fiddler crabs and you sitting on the deck with your morning coffee enjoying the early morning gulf breeze. At Sunset Point you are guaranteed a new view of nature everyday. Porpoise Creek, a small tidal creek is gulf accessible by air-boats or small john boats but not recommended for larger boats. A public boat ramp and marina is less than a mile from the property.
