Enjoy the peaceful and calm views of Dawson's Creek from this updated 2 br 1 bath waterfront home. From the moment you drive through the breath taking stone entranceway, you will feel right at home and you are sure to find relaxing by the outdoor fireplace a must.
This 2 bedroom 1 bath home is fully furnished. Home is on nearly 1 and 1/2 acres with a large deck perfect for grilling out and entertaining on summer nights. Kitchen has been updated with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, microwave, and a separate ice maker perfect for packing the cooler for a day at the beach or icing down the fish you are sure to catch right off the private boat dock. Boat dock is 40 ft wide and 55 ft long with a bench and cast iron rails and gate around the entrance to the dock. Your children will enjoy setting out the crab pots and will soon be fascinated by their catch. Fishermen will enjoy visiting Captain Dave at nearby Minnesott Beach Bait and Tackle before hitting the water. Atlantic Beach is a short car, ferry, or boat ride away.
Boat lift can be rented for an additional fee of $25.00 per weekend or $50.00 per week.
Payment must be received before arrangements can be made for entrance to the home on your selected vacation days. Owner can not be responsible if payment is delayed due to any reason including expected delivery of mail.
