We rented this Condo sight unseen for 3 months based on the pix and info supplied in this listing,our familiarity with its location and a preview by a Real Estate Agent friend. During our 1300mile 2 day drive your always wondering will everything be OK. It was PHENOMINAL. The Unit was delivered in immaculate condition with the Owner supplying every consumable imaginable to make our stay comfortable with a reminder to replace same for future tenants. Every room in this Condo is beautifully color coordinated with upscale decor and so peaceful and inviting to walk in. The Kitchen is amazing with high end appliances, a huge array of cabinets and a gorgeous granite breakfast bar where I'm writing this review. The Unit is so well equpped with every household neccessity. The kitchen is well stocked with beautiful matching dinnerware, wine glasses, martini glasses, you name it its here, nothing is missing and its all top notch. The master bath in a marble/granite decor is phenominal with walk in shower, huge jacuzzi, 2 separate sink areas with plenty of space, beautiful cabinetry and a private toilet closet for reading without interuption. The Unit also has a 2nd private master suite that is probably nicer than most Condos primary master suite. I brag to our friends who will be coming over for a couple nights from their Florida residences "wait till you see where you'll be staying, Wow!!". The 3rd bedroom is a charmingly decorated room with a pullout sofa that can serve as a 3rd sleeping area, 2nd sitting room for TV watching or a bright private office space if you need privacy for that occasional business call. The Esplanade complex itself is wonderful with 3 fun bar/restaurants, beautiful setting on Smokehouse Bay with fabulous yachts, gorgeous tropical decor and benches throughout to cherish the view. I forgot to mention this Condo has a huge outside deck area with both a covered area and an exposed area for your choice of shade or sun. It has very nice outdoor furniture including 2 hightops to enjoy the gorgeous view. Lastly, the living area is expansive, beautifully decorated and furnished with flat screen TV and gorgeous view. The Internet service provided by the Owner works fabulous and the Unit is ideally located with easy access to the elevator, pool and gym and has a convenient private parking spot. If you are considering renting this Unit sight unseen you can rest assured it is nothing short of fabulous and a great value for you $. We Love it here!Owner response: Thanks, Ray. I have two quibbles: the ac was broken upon arrival and the internet didn't work. They were very prompt about getting the ac fixed -- same day! The internet was not fixed and I was told to call Comcast to get it fixed -- which I did not do on my vacation. The place is gorgeous. Great location. Very clean and nicely appointed. Good value. If they would have done something to fix the internet other than telling me to fix it myself, this place would have earned 5 stars.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.
