  The owners were very helpful in describing the unit, location and activities in the area. The beach is beautiful, clean and lifeguarded. The two pools are equal. From the time we arrived we felt relaxed and this continued for our stay. Seafood and italian food are what we enjoy and every place we went we would go back. The condo was clean comfortable and spacious. We enjoyed the wide screen TV watching pro football. We would recommend this rental to our family and friends and we will go back again!   Excellent location. The condo was clean and I would recommend this property. The pictures show the true condo. The owner was very accomodating and answered all questions and concerns that we had. The layout of the condo was great for 6 people. It is situated near the attractions and restaurants we were interested in.

  We had a wonderful stay in the Terry's condo. It was clean, clean, clean which is of utmost importance to me. The kitchen had everything a cook could need. The condo is tastefully decorated and has all the comforts of home. We had four adults and one car so the location was great as there were lots of places to go within walking distance. The Palms property was well maintained with all amenities in working order and plenty of parking. Everything to do with the rental process and communication with Howard went off without a hitch. We hope to go back again soon. Try the bagels at the Bagel Factory or the burgers and fries at River City. Further north, Fibbers has the best grouper sandwich I've ever had. You should feel totally comfortable if you are considering renting this unit.

  We have stayed here before and enjoyed out stay immensely. The owners are committed to upgrading the unit and the location is excellent. The ocean and beach views are perfect direct beach front. The pictures don't do justice. The living dining area have been beautifully tiled now also. Parking across the street is good you can view your vehicle from the back of the unit. The pools and grounds are nice. If we have the chance we will defiantly stay in this unit again! Thanks Stefan and Barbara.

  What a great condo. 10th floor, right on the beach, 2 balconies, great pool. Everything you might need is in the room, right down to beach toys and chairs. I will definitely go back again. Every time I spoke to the owners concerning the rental procedure and contract, I felt very comfortable. They truly were a pleasure to deal with. Downers are the elevator broke down while we were there. It was up and running in a couple hours though. The staff was somewhat less than courteous, not to us but to another guest. Unfortunately this took place in front of us and the maintenance man did not care at all. He was very rude. Overall, I can't wait to go back next year.

  My family and I had a wonderful week at this resort condo. It was equipped with everything we could have possibly needed. The location was great- very close to everything we wanted to do for the week. The condo was beautifully decorated and clean. We will definitely be looking into booking for a week again next year!
