Awesome sunsets off the balcony. This cozy Winter Park II condo unit has everything you need to enjoy your time in this beautiful landscape! Located just off Highway 40 in Fraser, CO. Sit on the deck and look at the gorgeous views of 13,000 foot Byer's Peak and Winter Park Resort. Relax in the hot tub or enjoy Winter Park skiing and mountain biking amenities, that abound out the front door.
This unit has everything you need to feel right at home! The unit was freshly painted and new linens this spring. All linens are provided with a very clean and crisp feel. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook a home-cooked meal, we have provided all the spices and most basics you should need. Kithcen table seats 4-6 and the island seats 2 with 2BR/2BA and a Queen Sleeper Sofa in the living area, with a wood burning fireplace. The master bedroom has a queen bed along with the on-suite bath and a TV. The second bedroom has two twin beds that can be pushed together or great for kids, separate and a TV. The second bath is in the hall with a tub and shower combo, next to the second bedroom (nite light functional). We also, provide liquid soap and shampoo in the baths. Other amenities include: 3 TV's, DVD player, WiFi, Stereo, BBQ grill, bike room, ski and board locker (in the lower level), washer & dryer (in the lower level), hot tub, horseshoe, basketball and tennis courts.
The unit is on the bus route with free bus rides to the resort and numerous stops around town every 30 min. Just a 5-minute walk to Safeway, Starbucks, and several restuarants in the downtown Fraser area. One mile to the Fraser tubing hill, Fraser rec. center and you mountain bike out the door.
Great central location with south facing sunshine and awesome valley views and tremendous sunsets.
