This condo is not big and fancy but it's very nice for the price you pay. It's in a good location, it's clean and the furnishings and decorations are quite nice and in good taste. It's well equipped except for a few minor little things like no Kleenex in the bathroom (or anywhere in the unit - and I have to have Kleenex), no shampoo (which my husband needs but I always bring my own), only one bar of hand soap but luckily we had extra bars of bath soap with us, only one extra roll of toilet paper and the one there was not full to start with, and no pen or notepad in the unit for making notes or lists. My husband feels the tv's could be updated although they worked fine. The air conditioner is very loud and does not reach back to the bedroom so it got warm at night but it was ok. What we really, really appreciated was the free wifi and the printer with paper available to us. It was so convenient to be able to print our boarding passes and I didn't have to go out and try to buy or beg for a few sheets of paper. The owner really thought of everything almost (except for the few things I mentionned above). I was even not feeling well for a couple of days and didn't mind staying in the unit and just resting, reading and watching tv. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and the price was right for us. Owner response:Aloha Jim, Mahalo for your positive feedback. As advertised, vacation rentals only come with a start-up supply of soaps and paper products. We do not provide Kleenex or shampoo. We do have ceiling fans in each room and 2 stand up oscillating fans that help push the air around quite nicely. The AC unit is fairly new and has enough BTU's to keep our entire unit comfortable. Unit is a home away from home truly, plenty of kitchen ware , towles and linens, making the stay comfortable. The view is wonderful and the property is well kept & peaceful. My only concern while the unit is lovely the cleaning staff may not have spent as much time as the owners would like, there is heavy dust on the plants and electronic equipment,prehaps a deep clean is in order. to give it the WOW FACTOR . All in all the unit was wonderful and served our need.

We were lucky to stay in this immaculate condo. It was better equipped than any other condo we've ever stayed in, from kitchen to linens to basic supplies - it was amazing. The property is really well kept, the grounds and the pool area are beautiful. It is in a great location, handy to everything in Kihei, We especially enjoyed the little beach park right across the street, the sunsets from there are spectacular. We were there for 30 days and didn't want to leave.

Great Place for Fun

This was my 1st trip to Hawaii and was with my daughter a professional photographer. Our trip was to photograph a wedding at Makena Surf. We found the condo to be very comfortable with all of the amenities of home and the beach was right across the street. What a treat! It was centrally located for anything you could possibly want to do. We drove the Road to Hana thru the UpCountry & Ulupalakua, found Lava Tube Caves to explore, went to the Luau and shopping in Lahaina, snorkeling at Kapalua and Molokini. The condo was definitely a pleasure to return to after a full day of fun.

the Kihei bay vista was a perfect place for us. The unit was very clean and just as described. The kitchen was fully equipped, with new appliances, a convenient washer/dryer in the hall closet.The bathroom was very nicely upgraded..the best shower we've used/ compared to a couple condos on Kuai, and another on Maui we've stayed at. We didn't have to bring any towels, which was really nice, and there were beach toys, chairs, an umbrella, boogie boards, coolers,..all we needed for great times on the sandy beaches. We did 'snorkle bob' our gear, but there also were some there. The WiFi in the unit was handy for downloading e-books, and the TVs were nice too. The lanai was very pleasant to sit and read, eat, relax, watch birds, etc. We were shown a neighboring unit, by its owner, and tho it was a mirror image, ours was so much nicer, with the updated bath and kitchen, and the higher end furnishings! The complex was kept very clean, without daily leafblowers, etc, and the place was quiet. The swimming pool was very nice, and kept sparkling clean. The location was great, we liked the North end of Kihei, it was very nice. It was nice having Tim (the owner) give us a call to see how we were doing..was everything going well..any problems..etc. We enjoyed lots of snorkeling, both in and S. of Kihei, and up by Kanipali, we visited the winery, several Upcountry galleries, got a weeks pass and went several times to the Aquarium, enjoyed some church services (with the Tongan choir!!) and spent two Saturday mornings at the Maui C.C. swap meet in Kahuli-a must do! Two years ago, we had minimal cooking facilities in the condo, so we ate out for almost every breakfast, and we tried almost the whole menu at the Kihei cafe..a absolute must...but with the full kitchen, I made breakfast for my bride all but 3 mornings (Kihei Cafe!!!) We did not 'do' Molokini this time, but we did see many turtles! We wil return!

Piece of Paradise

Just stayed here for 7 days and had a great trip. The Condo is very well updated and relaxing to come home to. The location is great with bars/dining 2 mi south and amazing beaches all around. The snorkle trip was well worth staying here, we had a blast! 5hr trip with breakfast and lunch, swam with turtles and tons of fish and even had about an hr of free drinks on the way back to the marina! Definately recommend.

This sweet ocean view condo is in a great central location on Maui. The furniture and amenities were as comfortable as home and the landscaping was beautiful. Nice beaches super close by! Definitely recommend this condo to anyone who wants to experience Maui. A week was not enough, we will be back!

The place was a wonderful get away for us. We stayed here on our honeymoon. They have all the ammenities that you need to make your trip to Maui even more convenient. We spent our first 5 days on Maui at the Westin, then moved to this condo for our last 7 days. We enjoyed the condo far more than we did the Westin - more room, better view, just as nicely decorated, a little better maintained, and much more reasonable price wise. This condo is everything they said it was - absolutely no disapointments. The coolers and beach chairs came in handy. We loved the location, out of the hub-bub of Kaanapali, certainly not the traffic congestion as there is on the way to Lahaina, but not too far from anywhere on the island. Just perfect as far as we are concerned.

What a great place for our first visit to Maui! The condo is very comfortable and especially the king-size bed. Appreciated having the beach towels, mats & chairs to use. The new sofa added while we were there is a definite plus. The location is perfect. Definitely would recommend to anyone!

We enjoyed a wonderful vacation on Maui due to the great accommodations. We spent most days sightseeing, but when we were in the condo it was so cozy. The entertainment center provided entertainment and access to island info as well as channels for viewing regular TV. The kitchen was equipped with just the right amount of utensils. The decor was appealing. Your condo was so conveniently located to everything on the island. We will be back!

Tim and Vicky, Thanks so much for letting me come out to the condo and hanging out with the girls. We had a great time. There is just nothing like the smell of a Hawaiian breeze sitting on the lanai with my morning cup of coffee.
