  Caroline, we wanted to thank you so so so much for letting your Winchester apartment to us on during our stay in July while we took in some of the Olympic events! We had a fabulous time and couldn't have been happier with the apartment. We also certainly appreciated the upgrade to the larger unit ... a very nice surprise! We had a lovely stay at the apartment and really loved the neighbourhood. As you promised, it couldn't have been more conveniently located for our stay in London - close to the tube, restaurants, pubs and shopping. Also - a very big THANK YOU for answering all my questions so comprehensively and promptly prior to our stay. I'm sure you can appreciate the fact I was new to the apartment rental concept so your patience was very much appreciated. Thanks again Caroline. We hope to stay again some time soon and will be recommending your apartments to friends, family & colleagues. A+ !

  After an excellent journey by train from Amsterdam we arrived at London and had a warm welcome by Liam who showed us around in the wonderful apartment. During our stay he was always available to help us in any way we needed. The apartment was for over 2 weeks our base to the Olympics. We had a great time, specially the athletic event on saturday evening when there were 3 British gold medals (Longjump, 10k with Mo Farah and Penthatlon with Jessica Ennis). We were there and we have never heard so much noise in a stadium. We have also been to the Female Hockey finale (The Dutch won the gold medal), The Female Soccerl Final, Judo and a lot of other sport events. Besides the sport we did a lot of other things (Wicked, Sailing on the Thames with a tall ship, Tate Modern, shopping at Harrods etc.etc.). Every one in London was very friendly and helpful, the public transport was surprisingly good (except on sundays when the underground starts at 07.00 which is a bit of a problem when your event starts at 08.30 but we were lucky and just in time). We thanks Caroline and Liam for taking good care of us. The apartment was very fine and clean in a good neighborhood. So in total we are very happy (and a bit tired) that we have been in London at the Olympics 2012 games.

  We were looking for the elusive perfect Olympic apartment in the perfect location and we found it! What made the process so much easier was the fantastic assistance provided by Caroline in securing the booking and then answering the many questions we subsequently had (regarding the Olympics). Caroline was the most responsive and helpful manager we have come across yet. The apartment itself is in an ideal location close to all the major attractions and tube. We didn't really need much public transportation with the apartment so close to everything. The apartment was light and airy and easily catered to our family of young children. There was a lift which made the movement of luggage much easier. All of the expected kitchen appliances were available and there was a Sainsbury store only 5 minutes walk away for grocery items. We couldn't fault the apartment in any way. When we do return to London we will contact Caroline again so that we can stay in this ideal spot. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone considering a stay in central London.

  We were lucky enough to stay here for the Olympics. What a location . We read all the reviews before booking and they were so accurate . We cant imagine a better location to be based for a London break. The Olympics were a credit to your country , the opening ceremony was juust fantastic! We found the local people exceptionally friendly , the atmosphere was electric and everyone just had an amazing unforgettable time . The apartment was so nice , beautifully decorated, comfortable furnishings, the internet was high speed which was ideal for us as we combined business too. I would definitely like to come back to London again and would definitely try to stay here again if I could. We travelled as a family of four and the accommodation was perfect for us. PS we want to take Amy the dog home with us but Caroline wouldnt let us :(

  We loved this apartment and loved the loction. We took ages to choose a place as we wanted to make sure we were happy with our choice . We couldn't have chosen a better location or nicer hosts . It was so easy to see all the things we wanted to and everything we wanted to see was virtually all in walking distance . Those that were not, were so easy to get to from Victoria Station which was just a few minutes walk away . The apartment was comfortable , clean and had everything we needed . Very happy bunnies!!   My wife and I and two teen-aged nieces spent four nights at the two-bedroom Winchester St. apartment. We found it spotlessly clean and well-updated, with everything we needed in the kitchen. The washer/dryer worked very well. We had no problems accessing the keys, easy arrival and departure. There is a nice small grocery one block east of the apartment on Winchester, and a larger Tesco grocery about 4 blocks east. We enjoyed a nice meal at the Windemere B and B on Warwick Way, about two blocks away. The heating was excellent and there was plenty of hot water, most enjoyable during our cool, rainy stay. The main bedroom was roomy with good storage. The second bedroom was a little tight and a wall mirror would have been appreciated.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+.
