The Villa was newly furnished in 2011: you will find brand new wood floors, new furniture, and new mattresses. This Villa is perfectly located for visiting all the Orlando attractions; Walt Disney World, EPCOT, Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, Sea World and more! Enjoy the Windsor Palms Resort ameneties, including the nearby mystic palms golf course and a free of charge movie theater with 58 seat capacity.

VIilla's amenities: Villa has its own fully equipped air-conditioned game room that includes a 42” wall-mounted LCD TV, Play Station 3 (PS3), Billiards table, Air Hockey and Dart board.
Villa has private heated pool and spa.

Local telephone calls are provided free of charge compliments of the owner.
COMBO BBQ Grill (Gas and/or charcoal) provided by the rental management company for a weekly fee.
Villa also provides 1 standard CRIB and 1 standard high chair.

Windsor Palms Resort Club House Amenities: Windsor Palms is an extraordinary resort community that your family will enjoy time and time again. It is a 24-hour guard gated community that includes a distinctive 7,500 sq. ft. clubhouse that features a huge and luxurious community pool with sun deck and hot tub.
Guests can enjoy a variety of recreation options and exciting activities for all ages including a children’s playground, state-of-the-art fitness center, sand volleyball, basketball and tennis courts, video arcade, Nintendo Wii suite, ping pong, and billiard tables. Guests can also rent bikes from the bike shop, Tandem bikes, located in the clubhouse for a nominal fee.
The clubhouse has a 58 seat movie theater, where movies are shown free of charge to guests, comfort lounge area, business center and Wi-Fi hot spot.
Restaurants, Shopping and Getting Around: Windsor Palms resort is just one mile from the numerous well known eating and shopping venues located in the Formosa gardens area. Some of the restaurants are: Carrabba’s Italian Grill, Bruno Italian, Black Angus Steak House, Long Horn Steakhouse, Ponderosa Steak House, Cracker Barrel, Passage to India, Shoney’s and Olive Garden just to name a few. Number of supermarkets and drug store chains such as Winn-Dixie, Publix, Walgreen’s and Target are also conveniently located within few minutes’ drive of Windsor Palms resort.
Windsor Palms club house also has a Sundry shop that sells Domino’s Pizza, Starbuck’s coffee among other basic stuff like bread, milk, candies etc.
A rental car is recommended.
Windsor Palms does provide a shuttle bus service operated by Maingate Transportation to Walt Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studios and other area attractions for a charge. Typically there is one shuttle that runs in the morning and one in the evening.

We had a fantastic vacation at this truly 5 Star Villa. The decor is fabulous and gracefully done. It was very clean, and the kids loved the pool and gameroom. The owner, sonny, is very responsive and was only a phone call away. The Villa was better than pictures and description. We were conveniently located close to all the parks and shopping. Me and my family (9 adults and 2 babies) spent two weeks in this wonderful house. It´s very confortable and beautifully furnished. Everything was clean when we arrived. The pool and Spa are very good and the owner is quick to answer our e-mails. The comunity is quiet and beautiful. A great place to go hiking in the morning. The clubhouse had all we need. The home was a wonderful place for our 10-member extended family to stay during our Disney vacation ! My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this home! My family (7 adults and 2 kids) stayed at this lovely home with tons of rooms and amenities for a week in April. The experience was fantastic. The place was as advertised; it was very clean, spacious, close to attractions and well equipped to accommodate the needs of all my family members. Most of all, I really appreciated the courteous and prompt responses by the owner, Sonny, whenever minor problems arose during our vacation. Dear Sonny, We had a wonderful time at your home when we were in Kissimmee to celebrate my wife's 60th birthday. The house is beautifully furnished and tastefully decorated and was extremely comfortable. The location was excellent as it was within a short drive of everything we wanted to do that week. A group of 9 moms decided to rent this beautiful home in Kissimmee, Florida. The entire experience was great from the start. Working with the owner made it so easy. He was friendly and easy to communicate with. He responded quickly to our questions and was very accommodating, The house was very comfortable and beautiful. The furnishings and decor were above in quality. The house had everything we needed for our cooking and time spent around the home. We were so pleased with the entire experience. The pool was even warm and had ample outdoor furniture for all of us to enjoy! We all highly recommend this quality to home to anyone that is looking for a comfortable and warm environment to stay. Exceptionally clean. Very comfortable beds. Lots of things for the Kids to do in the game room and at the club house. Kids loved the free movie theater at the club house. Very close to Disney parks and shopping. Loved the private pool/spa. More than what we expected. Will definitely return to the Villa. Lee, the property manager, was a delight. We had the most amazing time staying at this villa. Our stay was relaxing, peaceful and most enjoyable. The rooms were tastefully decorated and the Master suite was spectacular! The open floor plan was awesome. The villa provided more than we could imagine. "finally...a real vacation..." from the minute we arrived to the moment we left, I can sincerely and truly say that we had a real 5 STAR vacation without paying the 5 STAR price. The layout of this home was perfect it really felt like we were in a villa in Tuscany. Very clean, beautifully furnished and decorated, this villa was better than we expected with more amenities than a hotel, we were able to make the best use of our time during our stay. The kids were well entertained and we were able to relax after a long day. We will definitely come back next year. My family loved this home and the stay was very comfortable. The home was well decorated and had lots of amenities. We all loved the Hot tub and the Pool.
