  We spent a week in this house at the end of September with our 4 children. All 6 of us the admired the beauty and comfort of this spacious place. We very much enjoyed the gorgeous view, the well-equipped kitchen (where we cooked all our meals for the entire week), and the comfortable bedrooms/bathrooms. This house had the perfect blend of a vacation house with a "feel at home" vibe. It's obvious that the owners did everything possible to make this a perfect location. Bottom line - highly recommended.

  Incredible place, the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could possible need. Great table for family dinners, living room is comfortable with great seating and simple to use stereo so you can plug in your ipod of MP3 player and lounge around listening to music. All the beds are wonderfully comfortable, bathrooms are clean and great, especially the downstairs with the steam room and jetted bath tub. Hammock is incredibly comfortable the view from the top most desk is absolutely incredible. Great panoramic view of the entire area and amazing place to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee, tea, beer, juice or whatever. We stayed here for a friends wedding and everyone was incredibly jealous of us and thought we had the greatest place. The openness of the living room makes you instantly feel relaxed and comfortable. I honestly cannot give this place enough praise. Provincetown was a great town to visit but this place truly made the trip incredible. If this place is open book it, a small distance from Commercial street but just walk down the block to the bike rental store and rent some bikes for the day and you can get around no problem, walking is also incredibly easy the town is tiny.

  Chris and Dan (homeowners), have given the world a gift in the "Beach House". We booked the vacation using Home Away and right from the start Chris (our contact) was helpful and pleasant on the phone and quick to respond to e-mails. It was our first trip to P-Town and Chris helped to familiarize us to the area before we set foot in the house. The house was beautiful and we were in a great spot too. About an 8 minute walk to the center of Commercial Street, we also used bikes to go to Race Point beach and frankly to all area's of interest as Race Point was probably our longest bike ride. You really do not need to use a car (but we did to go to Race Point (the best beach!!!), so we could bring chairs, and supplies (parking was easy and very close to beach entrances). The house was something special. Set atop a hill. The views of sunsets from the rooftop deck were simply amazing! Sunrises are available too just look the other way if you can get up that early!. The main area is windowed all around and the breezes and the view were great. The lower decks are great and where used everyday by us. The home is designed beautifully (I'd say Pottery Barn mates with Ralph Lauren), and the beds were sooo comfortable (using good mattresses). The best part however was the fully stocked and functional/beautiful kitchen. I like to cook and it was better than my own kitchen as far as having everything I needed. Even the lower area was a comfortable oasis for a couple who sleeps and uses it to get away from the group. The lower area also has a steam room which everyone found their way too at least once. I would recommend this home to anyone who want the best going to P-Town. Thanks Chis for being a great host. You and Dan did a great job with "The Beach House". We were all very pleased!.....P.S. Eat at the Mews, and at the 10 Tables while in the area they were great too..Oh and did I mention the awesome "how too" booklet Chis and Dan had at the house with directions, and info for EVERYTHING from the TV remotes to the Keurig machine to where to eat (thanks for the recommendations to the Mews and the 10 Tables as noted)! Well done men thanks again.

• A great Provincetown experience

  Our group of eight men stayed at the Beach House the first week of August and had a fantastic time. The house is gorgeously decorated and the layout was the best part - plenty of open, light-filled common space for group interaction while cooking & dining, but also nooks and crannies for quiet relaxation and alone time. The location is ideal if you don't mind a short walk to Commercial Street or Herring Cove beach. We rented bikes the whole week and really enjoyed the experience, though beginning cyclists should be aware that there are a few minor hills in the neighborhood before you get out to the shared bike lanes along the major roads. The house is in a quiet neighborhood which was a nice change of pace from the bustle of Commercial Street. The house sits up on a hill which affords it spectacular views. Sunsets were incredible when viewed from the small rooftop deck. One minor thing we didn't realize before arriving was that the house does not have air conditioning; however this was NOT a problem as the house gets a great cross-breeze and was always comfortable, even in August. If you're the type of person that needs the temperature to be at 65 degrees all day with the windows sealed shut, then you may want to look elsewhere. We thought it enhanced the experience to have the windows open and feel the fresh ocean air. Chris, one of the owners that I had the most interaction with, was friendly and easy to work with. Thanks again Chris! We would definitely stay at the Beach House again and I want to compliment the owners on providing a wonderful experience.

  Upon arrival, our home was clean and there was a lovely note from the owners with a gift. The house is impeccably decorated and was nicely stocked with all items we would need for the beach. Each bathroom was stocked with soap and shower essentials as well. There was a wonderful binder with detailed instructions about the town, the house and the Cape. Each bed was very comfortable and we stayed with 8 people, all feeling quite comfortable. I would definitely stay again and we enjoyed our vacation immensely.

  Even more beautiful than the pictures, this spacious home very comfortably accommodates 8 adults. Its lovely décor is surpassed only by its jaw-dropping view. Some of the amenities we most enjoyed include the rooftop deck, fabulous gourmet kitchen, very comfortable beds, numerous bathrooms with wonderful soaps and towels provided, and a pleasant walk to town or the beach. Chris and Dan have thought of every detail to make your stay a five-star experience. The kitchen does not lack a single (top of the line) gadget or appliance. It was the perfect setting to celebrate a special birthday with friends and family. Thank you Chris and Dan for sharing your beautiful home.

  My friends and I had a long weekend ladies getaway at this home. We were blown away by the panoramic, breathtaking views! The house was very clean, well designed, and beautifully furnished/decorated. Chris (owner) was very friendly, kind, and courteous on the phone and by email. They left an informational binder on the counter full of great recommendations on where to go, eat, and play. It was a fantastic, fun-filled weekend! Thank you Chris and Dan!!!

  The property at Bayberry was wonderful. The living area boasted 270 degree views, state-of-the art kitchen (very well equipped), comfortable seating, crisp decor, etc. The rooms were all spacious and the beds were extremely comfortable. This is a well-cared for home...everything was spotless. The outdoor space is phenomenal...decks at various levels. I am ready to move in!

  My husband and I have stayed in many homes through the years in Provincetown. We usually have very specific requirements depending on the people with whom we share (pets/no pets, #'s of bedrooms, distance to town, etc). This house was rented in the off-season with three other couples and our only requirements this time was a nice place to stay since we weren't bringing any dogs and didn't need to be in walking distance to whatever place people wanted to walk to. However, this house was perfect in every way. The views are breathtaking, and the rooftop deck is the highest deck in Provincetown. It's the thing that sold us and we were not disappointed. The house itself is beautifully landscaped outside, and there's ample parking for four cars. The upper level living space that contains the dining/living room is all windows and has a white-themed decor, so it feels fresh and clean (and shout out to the owner who trusts tenants with white couches!). The kitchen has everything you need. We baked some french toast for breakfast and needed a casserole dish (which I've never found in another rental), and I found five of them in various sizes. The bedrooms are all very comfortable with Sealy mattresses, and the master suite has an amazing steam room which felt great in the winter air. The shower downstairs is a bit small, but the fact that they appoint the bathrooms with high end shampoos and soaps more than makes up for it. The house was immaculate, and the owners incredibly responsive and welcoming. It's easily one of the best experiences we've had renting a home in Provincetown, and if we could afford a week in the summer, we'd go in a heartbeat!

  The house has THE ideal floorplan for a vacation house and on top of that the owner has an exquisite taste in interior design, from furniture to the smallest accessories within the house. First of all, I picked the house because the pictures looked so great, and all I wished was that it was AS GOOD AS the picture, but when I got there it was actually SO MUCH BETTER. All of my friends loved how the house is surrounded with windows and could see from sunrise to sunset in any spot within the livingroom and the dining room. The kitchen is open and the people who cooked did not feel isolated. The seating area near the fireplace is amazing and even the TV had Bose sound system. The house stands on one of the highest spots in Provincetown and we felt nothing was blocking our view. It was like having my imaginations for a dream vacation house come true and I would definitely go back when I have the chance!! For such an unbelievable price, the basement bedroom virtually looked like one separate unit with a seating area of its own. A++++++++++++++++++++

A $750 refundable security deposit is required as is a $200 Cleaning Fee. No other fee's or charges apply unless specified.

Security deposit refunded within 10 business days after check-out assuming no damage.
