  What a beautiful place to stay. From the views, pools, beach, shopping, food and drinks, this condo is in a great location. The front desk employees were great and Paul and Stephaine couldn't have decorated a more relaxed enviroment. If you get a chance to rent this condo you will not be sorry. Thank you Cat Meadows

  We have stayed at DW for 5 years now. We have now found the perfect condo. It is absolutely everything you could or would want. Confortable, Clean and nicely decorated. I couldn't find anything wrong with the whole condo. Big and spacious. Comfortable couch, chairs and beds.The L shapes deck was my favorite spot...great furniture with awesome view! Large screen TVs in the bedrooms so everyone had their own entertainment at night. Easy access to the lazy river and crossover to beach. Paul was great and easy to work with. Rent Heron 303 and I guarantee there will be absolutely no disappointment EXCEPT leaving! Thank you Paul for the use of your wonderful home away from home! The Whestines

  This was said to us upon checking in, and she wasn't kidding. This place was beautiful! There are two thermostats at each end, which worked perfectly as we had an elderly lady with us. She got lost in there a few times because of the size. Privacy was not an issue here. The skywalk over to the other side of the resort made it very easy to enjoy both bay and beach. Something not advertised is that you also have access to the Ramada property pools next door to the resort on the beach side. We didn't have a chance to explore as this resort is enormous. The resort pool on the beach side is one of the biggest I've ever seen! With all this, you'd never imagine you'd want to spend most of your time on the balcony, but that is exactly what we did. Watching the sunrise over the bay with the stingrays and children crabbing was the most relaxing part of the day. Since this is an end unit, you are right on the water! The balcony is 600sq ft--bigger than some of the apartments I've rented in my youth. And the furnishings were delightfully comfortable, impeccably clean, and extremely modern. Even my high-tech son was delighted with all the amenities--large TV's in every room, Netflix, and Wi-Fi. We will be back any time we get the chance. Love this place! Thank you to Paul and Stephanie for letting us experience this little piece of heaven!

  This condo was large, very well decorated and extremely comfortable & clean with beautiful Bay views that you could enjoy from inside as well as outside on a large "L" shaped porch with great furniture. We stayed thru Jan 2nd and it was just a wonderful experience both in location and the comfort of the unit. The owners Paul and Stephanie are very responsive and so easy and helpful to work with. Having stayed in several very nice condos in this area over the years I can honestly say you will not be disappointed if you have an oppotunity to stay in this beautiful condo!

  My family and I were fortunate enough to stay in this awesome condo the last full week of August 2011. It was one of the best family vacations I have ever had! The condo is well-maintained and beautifully decorated. It is even better in person than the pictures portray it. The colors are inviting and relaxing throughout. Although the furniture is attractive, it is actually all very practical and comfortable too. We had all the comforts of home while we vacationed in this condo! On the few rainy days, we were content to stay inside the roomy unit and enjoy the giant televisions. The condo is also conveniently located near great shopping including a huge outlet mall. Most of our time, however, was spent enjoying the alluring grounds of the condo. We enjoyed all of the pools, the splash park, the lazy river, the beach, and the bay. The beach was one of the cleanest beaches I have ever seen. The white sand and the emerald green waters were absolutely breath-taking. We were also able to enjoy marine life at the beach and the bay. We saw dolphins, sting ray, crabs, and a manatee. If you could possibly get bored just hanging around the grounds of the condo, there is plenty to do nearby. Just down the street you can find numerous places to snorkel, scuba dive, rent jet skis, para-sail, or go boating. I would absolutely recommend this condo to anyone! Thank you for being helpful, friendly, and sharing your slice of paradise with us for the week!

  My family and I have stayed in this resort many times over the years. This condo is the nicest one we have stayed in. It was hard to leave. My wife is stealing some decorating ideas from the condo for our own home. All of the furniture is comfortable. The patio, living room, dining room and bedroom are all comfortable. Great condo and a great resort.

  What a fabulous condo, My family and I spent a week in May in this condo and could not have been more pleased. Stylish and exquisitely decorated throughout. All amenities necessary to make you feel at home were available. The view of the bay from the balcony was amazingly beautiful. From sunrise to sunset the view was breathtaking. Sail boats and fishing boats adorn the bay making picture taking a must. The grounds were very well groomed and clean. Employees were very friendly and helpful. There was easy access from the parking area to the condo. The owners of this condo were very considerate calling us to make sure our stay was everything we had hoped for, This was one of the most enjoyable vacations we have ever had, We are already planning out next stay. bill

  We stayed in this unit the first week in April 2011. This unit is even more fabulous in person! It is very spacious, clean, well decorated and the view.....SPECTACULAR!! Everything you would need is provided. We enjoyed watching boats and dolphins and our kids loved hunting for crabs. Our kids enjoyed the pools and lazy river everyday. This was one of our most relaxing and enjoyable vacations we have had with our family. The owners were very helpful with things to do and where to go and wanted to make sure we were happy with our stay. We highly recommend staying here and will definetly be planning our next vacation here again.
