The property is located at Unit 303 Capistrano, 8682 E. County Highway 30-A and is on the gulf front. The building does not have an elevator or a pool.
The security deposit of $200 is $100 more if requesting to bring a pet. If any damage to the property or major cleaning issues result from your stay, the security deposit will be cashed to reimburse the owner and/or cleaning staff for extra repair or cleaning expenses. If there is no damage as a result of your stay, the check can be mailed back to you. (The property is expected to be enjoyed and treated respectfully, so that we can all enjoy our time there!)
