Awesome property and not a single disappointment! Very clean and well maintained. The owner was extremely easy to work with. Location is perfect! Close to everything...the beach, airport, everglades, shopping....close and EASY to find! I would recommend the property and I would be happy to stay there again!

We arrived and greated by Bill, the owner, who showed me around the property and how to work things. He made me feel so welcoming and we loved the accomodations. Unfortunately we were so busy we didn't have time to enjoy the pool but was nice to have it there in the event we wanted to use it. We would stay in this home again in the future and recommend it to our friends and family. Thanks Bill H & M

Great house in a nice neighborhood

I rented this house with 5 other guys and we used it as a home base to work out of for two months. We all found it to be very comfortable and enjoyed our stay tremendously. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood that is great for taking late night walks. The pool was awesome. Thanks to Bill for being an excellent landlord. Great home to rent.

Had a great rental experience at this house. Bill was great the whole time, very informative and made sure I had everything I needed, including alternate arrangements to get the keys when I ended up having a late arrival. House was very confortable, neighborhood was nice and quiet. Close to shopping, beaches, etc. so very easy to navigate. Pool area was cozy and secluded, which was just what I was after! I would definitely rent this house again.

My family of 3 came in from Michigan and were blown away! This property is very well maintained. All three rooms were excellent size and everything was in excellent shape. My friends and family will be staying here the next time they visit. This property is perfect for any vacation!

Some of my family from PA stayed here in April and it was great! Well maintained house with everything you could need. Lots of space. Very nice pool to top it off. Bill was very friendly and very helpful. I'd recommend this place to anyone.

This vacation home was more than I expected! Fully equipped and spacious. The beautiful and heated pool kept the grandkids busy! The house is located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. You do not have to travel far to a store, restaurant, or beach. Fort Lauderdale is just beautiful. Had a wonderful time. I did not want to leave. Bill is very friendly and accomodating. Thank you Bill. I would definately stay at this house again.

The house is very clean, comfortable and well-appointed, with many areas to sit and enjoy Florida weather. Bill (the owner), was always available and accommodating; the pool and Bill's plantings are lovely!

Great Vacation Rental

Our family was looking for a comfortable home to relax in over the Christmas holiday and we certainly found it in this rental. Bill is a kind, thoughtful rentor who was able to assist us with any problems we encountered. The house is larger than we were expecting and very clean and well stocked. The kitchen is so well stocked with kitchen items, that we were able to make our traditional Christmas feast without any problems. The house has a washing machine and dryer. Each of the bedrooms and living room has its own tv and the house has wireless internet. Our kids (all teenagers) spent everyday in the clean, heated pool. Bill also allowed us to bring our miniature daschund with us and she had an absolute blast exploring the backyard and taking walks around the neighborhood. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood near many restaurants and stores and it isn't very far from the beach. No one in our family wanted to leave and we would definitely rent this house again.

My niece and I loved this rental so much we extended our vacation and rental while there. We did not want to leave. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood close to many shops and restaurants. It is very obvious the house is well maintained inside and out. The house was clean and spacious, and was well stocked. The heated pool was great. The owner is a very nice generous man. He made sure my niece and I was comfortable, and understood everything we needed to know about the home. We were so comfortable at the house some days we didn't even go out. Friends who came to visit couldn't believe we rented the house for the price we paid. I will definitely rent this house again.

I was pleasantly surprised with the property. The home is much bigger than the pics depict, and had all the creature comforts: cable tv, wifi, washer/dryer, iron, iron board, blender, coffee maker, pots, need I go on? We had a party of 5 (2 adults, 3 children) and everyone was happy. This is hard to do when you have 3 kids of varying ages. Every room had a tv and decor was very tasteful throughout the house and the showerhead...AWESOME! As for the rentor, Bill, he was very accommoditing and extremely nice. We will definitely rent from Bill again and will recommend his rental property(ies). Thanks Bill for your hospitality and I am looking foward to next year!!!!

I can't say enough about this house and it's owner! Bill is such a wonderful, accomodating renter who makes your stay so enjoyable! The house has all the comforts of home and more and is located near everything! The photos just don't do this house justice! It is beautifully decorated and so comfortable to stay in! Who would ever want to stay in a hotel again! Thanks to Bill for such a great stay! We will be seeing you again soon!

The house is very roomy and comfortable. The pool as well as the house was very clean, and has everything one needs for a great vacation. Location is great! Everything on website is correct, and pictures does not do it justice! Beautiful place inside and out! Wonderful neighbors as well. The owner is a super nice guy, and will accomodate your needs to the best of his ability! He even called us before our arrival to inquire about any special needs our family might have. I would recommend this house to friends as well as family! We will definetly stay there again if we return to Florida!!

Had a great vacation and Bill's house is great. Close to the beach, and the pool is excellent! Bill was very friendly and answered all of our questions! The house was very comfortable and worked well for our group of 2 parents with 5 teenagers! We'll be back the next time we come to Ft. Lauderdale.

Great retreat

We loved the location...close to the mall (TJ Maxx, etc.) and groceries. Close to the best restaurants around. The house is perfect for entertaining. The pool "pictures" don't do the pool justice. It has amazing landscaping and is very private. The landlord was always available and more than accomodating. The bathrooms are new and the house has a surprise "bonus outdoor room" that was very very clever. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely consider re-renting.
