This house was perfect! Thanks so much. A little dated in the decor, but very comfortable and clean! Unfortunately for us, it rained and was cold (we were there 1st week of February) so we didn't get to use the pool, but the hot tub was wonderful! The whole experience in your villa was great!

We had a wonderful holiday with our daughter and 2 grandchildren and would thoroughly recommend this property.John the owner was a pleasure to do business with and was quick to answer any queries we had prior to our arrival at the property.Once at the property when we did have the need to contact (for a minor matter) his representatives over there they were equally helpful and quick to respond. The on site facilities at windsor palms are excellent and you will find almost anything that you require within 5 minutes drive We will definately use again Robin and family

Our Magical holiday in Florida

We have had the holiday of a lifetime. We took our 4 children, aged 16, 14, 9 and 8 for 3 wonderful weeks and the holiday was perfect. (The games room was well used!). The accommodation was extremely clean and well looked after. Very much like a home from home with the added bonus of the pool and hot tub of course! John made the experience extremely easy with his kindness and consideration, and any questions we had prior to the holiday were answered swiftly. The villa is situated very close to all amenities and about a 10-15 minute drive to the Disney parks. Having visited ALL the attractions whilst we were there (some twice!), it was perfect chilling out by the pool on our days off. I highly recommend this villa to families of all ages and just to say that we are hoping to come again. Thank you John.

We all had an absolutely wonderful time - the photo's of your villa really don't do it justice. It truly was an ideal base for our Theme Park visits and a perfect place to relax on our days off. We couldn't fault it any way. We will certainly recommend it to our friends and hope to visit again ourselves sometime in the future. It has been a pleasure dealing with you John; Thank you.

John, Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful house! Truthfully, it was exceeded our expectations - everything needed was provided and the house was very clean – that is so important to my wife, the couple we travel with and myself. When traveling you can’t get enough of CLEAN!The close proximity to the parks, restaurants and shopping made your house a perfect match for our Disney vacation. The location was fantastic just off the 192 & central to everything! Especially the many fantastic restaurants - when we’re on vacation my wife thinks the stove is a big almond heater & I don’t know how to turn it on anytime of the year! Each day we looked forward to spending time in the heated pool and hot tub to relax with a wine or two, alright, sometimes three!We had a wonderful stay this December. It was our best time out of many trips to Orlando and the Windsor Palms Resort. Everything was very nice, clean and well kept. We would definitely stay there again and will definitely recommend your home to friends.Again, thank you for your hospitality!

We had a wonderful time at this home. We always stay in Windsor Palms and have rented every kind of property availible on the property from the condos to the houses. By far this was the easiest and the nicest out of them all. We did not have any problems prior or during our stay. We vacation here Orlando a lot and I am sure we will be back and hopefully will be able to stay here again! Thanks John we had a great time.

Our family enjoyed the fantastic villa. The children loved being able to use the pool after a day at the parks and the pool toys were greatly appreciated by us also. The villa is very nicely decorated and made us feel at home from the minute we came through the door. The proximity to the parks and shops is so convenient. Just a great property. We hope to have another vacation to the parks in a couple of years and will definitely be contacting you to use your property again. Once again, thank you so very much.

We very much enjoyed our stay in this lovely villa. Mr. McBride keeps the rental process easy and friendly. The home was spacious and comfortable. We found everything we needed there. We appreciated the little things, too, like providing brochures to all the parks and having a great selection of movies and board games(and the playstation!). The pool was a big hit with the everyone and a wonderful way to end a hot day at the parks. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and is near the parks and restaurants. We loved everything about our stay here and cannot wait until our next Disney vacation! Thanks!

We had the great pleasure of staying in this rental property during the month of September, 2008. It was a very lovely home with all the ammenities one could want. We had four adults plus a 2 and 5 year old. There was always plenty of room for everyone and it never felt crowded. The children especially loved the toys/games and of course the pool and hot tub! The rental process was a breeze. I can not imagine finding another property owner as easy to work with as John. What an AMAZING place! First of all, the rental process was so easy. John, the owner, makes the entire process so easy, and he was so helpful throughout. The house is so beautiful and well-equipped. It has everything you need for a vacation home. Additionally, it is so conveniently located to all the Disney attractions, many restaurants, and shopping areas. The was also enjoyable in the evenings. There was so much to do there as well (basketball, movies, game room, etc.) WE LOVED IT ALL!!! We would definitely recommend this home to others to enjoy as much as we did! THANKS AGAIN JOHN!!!

Dear John, Thank yoy so much for the use of your lovely home. You made the rental process effortless. I appreciate your trust in not really requiring a secuity deposit. That's practically unheard of in this day and age. We found everything we needed. Was comfortable as if we were home. The bedding was comfortable. The pool and hot tub are great assets. I just wanted to say that we loved the villa! It was everything that we could ever hope for. This was the BEST vacation EVER! We had fun in the pool and the hot tub. We were able to relax and have the privacy that was really needed! My son's enjoyed the disney room with the playststion 2 and the x-box, but the x-box cord was missing. The bedding was very comfortable and very clean. I am a SIMPSON MANIC, and when I saw the Simpson Series sitting in the video case, I knew that we'd pick the right villa! Mr. McBride, everything was AWESOME! We look forward to your villa in 2009, and I want you to look forward to all of my family and friends booking your villa, because I will refer EVERYONE we know your way! This was a fantastic villa to say in, very well furnished and spacious. The pool area is a good size and the hot tub was a boon after a full day at the theme parks. Our teenagers particularly liked the fact that they could go to the larger community pool to meet other teenagers, and enjoyed their games of basketball, volley ball etc. They also liked the fact that if it was too hot or raining outside, they could go into the cinema or play pool in the club house. We enjoyed being able to go out to the spotless pool area and just sit and chill!. We have already passed the details of the villa to two families who are planning a florida vacation next year, and would definately recommend this villa to friends and family. This is a very nice property to stay at! It offers the amenities of home, with a private inground pool and hot tub, at motel prices! We found the house to be comfortable, clean, and well maintained! It doesn't present itself as a rental, it's more like a home away from home! The community is great, well taken care of, and safe. We enjoyed dealing with the homeowner, Mr. McBride. He is easy to deal with, accommodating and fair! Looking forward to staying here again. Thanks John!
