  We arrived to find a very clean, well furnished and wonderful location. The condo had everything we could want. Lots of linens, towels, dishes, glasses, and all the kitchen items we desired. There was a large tent for the beach and collapsible beach chairs, bicycles, tennis rackets, tennis balls, noodles for the pool, new washing maachine, new DVD and VCR player. this condo alsohas internet connection. There was a binder very thoughtfully arranged so that all the information necessary to make your stay comfortable and eventful was there. The pool is a few minutes walk, absolutely stunningg, lots of chairs, tables. Very friendly people, fun times at the clubhouse which also has a small library. Within 10 minutes from the condo is the beach, and a fabulous library with a DVD section that is amazing. Lots of events and activities at the library. Within walking distance is a mall with a supermarket, Starbucks with internet connection, post office, bank, restaurants, hairdresser, fitness centre. within 5 minutes drive from the condo is a medical mall with walk-in clinic, pharmacy, labs, etc.. Downtown Naples is beautiful and at night appears almost fairy like with thousands of twinkling white lights. there are free concerts in the park and so many activities it is sometimes a difficult choice where to go or what to attend. I definitely recommend a visit to this beautiful condo and we are going to go again nd again.

  We booked a short stay at this condo and had a great time there. The owner was helpful, communicative and flexible when we made a mistake with a payment. The condo is just a few miles from the downtown area and waterfront. The condo is decent sized - not big, but plenty for the 4 of us - and it is clean and well-maintained. We used the pool just about every day, which is large and fun for kids. The kitchen is stocked with all utensils and there were many other basic necessities included such as linens, towels, soap and detergent. The washer was large and very new. Basically, it was exactly what we were looking for, for our children's spring break and if you're looking for a good value, you should consider this condo.

  Our stay was everything we wanted and more and would definitely do it again. The accommodations were inviting, comfortable and exactly as stated in the profile. We truly appreciated the free long distance calling to anywhere in North America and the WiFi connection. Although there were only two of us the condo would definitely accommodate more without feeling crowded. The other residents in the complex were friendly and at the same time respectful of our privacy. Naples itself is a very clean and safe city and we felt more like long-time residents than short-term tourists. The following are a few of the things that stand out for us and would highly recommend: 1. The proximity of the little plaza with its Publix Supermarket, Starbucks Coffee, Italian Restaurant and the great little cafe for breakfast and lunch. It is a short 15 minute walk. 2. The excellent professional walk-in clinic about 5 minutes away (which we had to use for a minor eye infection.) 3. Our favourite shopping centre was The Shops At The Mercato which is about 30 minutes away but well worth the drive. In it there is a Whole Foods store (if you are into natural and organic foods), a Silverspot Cinema, Books-A-Million, nice clothing stores and the most delicious and reasonably priced restaurants. This is an outdoor fairly new plaza and you can easily spend a few hours here. 5. If you want to experience the feeling of the local residents have breakfast downtown at “The 5th Avenue Coffee Company”. Time stands still while sitting outside, drinking excellent coffee, reading your morning paper and having your breakfast with the locals. It is very relaxed and you never feel rushed. 6. Definitely experience the sunsets on the beach overlooking the Gulf. You can do this after exploring the downtown shops and restaurants and again everything for us was done at a leisurely pace. But if you are into the night life there are many venues downtown. 7. Side trips you can take—A couple days at Disneyworld, a day in the Everglades, the excellent Zoo, the city of Miami and so many more. We took a two day side trip to Key West (make sure you make reservations.) On the way stop in Marathon and see the dolphins. 8. After a long fun day relax at the pool which is open until sundown. Well writing this brought back so many pleasant memories we are going to look at our calendar to see when we can do it again.

  Minutes from the most spectacular beach, a resort-quality swimming pool, and great restaurants, this condo is perfect for two to six people. Clean, spacious, and comfortable. I am returning soon as possible.

  Stayed from Feb 16- March 31 2011 Testimonal: This was our fourth rental in Winter Park. The complex is very conveniently located. It is well maintained and safe and we have always found the other owners and tenants to be extremly friendly. The pool is magnificant and would rival any pool in any resort. This was our first time in this condo and our experience here, as in the past, was very pleasant. The condo is spacious and bright . The kitchen is well equiped with nice appliances, which includes a new large refrigerator, a microwave oven and diswasher. The laundry room is large and has a full size ironing board and iron. It was great having such a large walk-in closet in the master bedroom and the shelves were stocked with lots of extra sheets, pillows and towels. The entry closet has many beach towels, which was great since we forgot to pack ours. The storage unit just ouside the lenai was so convenient for my husband's bicycle... something we never had in the other units we rented in the past. Having a Publix supermarket a short walk away was extremely convenient. The many shops and restaurants on 5th Ave and 3rd St are just a short drive as well as several different beaches ... all of which we thoroughly enjoyed exploring. One of the highlights for us this year was watching the sun set on the beach on the night when the green glow appeared just as the sun disappeared; it was the night of the full moon... absolutely breath-taking as are all the sunsets on the Gulf of Mexico here in Naples. We would not hesitate to recommend this condo to family and friends.
