  We spent almost three months in this apartment. It is clean and well furnished, just as it appears in the offering. Carlotta met us when we arrived and answered all our questions. The apartment has everything you would want, and everything works. We had absolutely no problems during our stay. The apartment is just a few steps from Plaza del Charco, which is a beehive of activity day and night. The immediate area is replete with restaurants, our favorites “Los Gemelos”. “Don Camilo” “Tasca de Min”. There is an ATM next to our front door, a bakery and a mini-market across the street, and a larger supermarket around the corner. A few steps the other way you will find several restaurants with outdoor tables, where you can have a meal or just a coffee or a drink. Just beyond these restaurants is the free parking area if you have a car. (There is a car rental agency on the Plaza del Charco). The area is the hub of activity during Carnaval, so don’t plan on getting too much sleep. You can watch the parades from the balcony, and many of the shows are held in the Plaza del Charco, or Plaza Europa, which is only a couple of blocks away. Highly recommended.

  Our family of four spent a wonderful month in this gorgeous flat, it was even more spacious and beautiful than in the photos. We loved being in the heart of everything, just one block from the main plaza and the sea, yet still on a peaceful side street. The big balcony was ideal for dinner or a glass of wine in the evening, and safe for the children to play. What's more, the owner was super helpful and flexible with everything. We couldn't recommend this place more highly and would love to stay there again whenever we get the opportunity.

  We had a great time in the apartment that is unusually well equipped and nicely furnished. It's very close to shops, restaurants, bus station and the nice seawater swimming pools. Supermarket and bakery just across the street."Everything" is just around the corner. However, some noise in the balcony during morning hours when trucks are delivering goods to the shops and also late evenings from the bar across the street. It would also be nice to have AC in the bedrooms. We will rent again :-)

  Beautiful, spacious and modern, fully equipped apartment right in the center of Puerto de la Cruz! We couldn't have asked for more. Visiting family in Puerto was a pleasure. We had all the comforts of home and the best location. Plaza del Charco is at your doorstep, plus plenty of seafood restaurants, taxis, the beach and more. It was unusually hot this summer so an extra room fan or two would have been nice, but overall we couldn't have been happier. Wifi was excellent and consistent, another plus when traveling and not always easy to find. You can't find better than this in Puerto and Carlota is excellent and efficient to work with! We'll be back!

  What can I say but your place far exceed my expectations. Your place has all the comforts one needs to enjoy their holiday and is in an excellant location. I loved being able to hear the ocean and see Mt. Teide from your balcony. I highly recommend your apartment and if I ever visit again, I would most definitely contact you. Thanks again.

  We really loved our stay at Carlota's apartment. It is very spacious and nicely decorated. The apartment is situated near the main square in Puerto de la Cruz where you will find a lot of nice restaurants and bars. It is more than possible to cook something yourself some days if you'd want to. The kitchen is well equipped and, again, very spacious. Furthermore the apartment has two bathrooms, which is quite convenient if you're staying with a larger group. As you can imagine I highly recommend Carlota's place and would love to come back some time.

  I can't express how amazing this place is. Everything about it was perfect. We loved our stay. The place is far bigger than I had expected, the pictures do not due it justice. The kitchen is modern, fully equipped, and absolutely clean. The Master bedroom is very comfortable and the master bath is beautiful, the shower has a natural stone wall and a very big bathtub. Both of the bedrooms are located at the rear of the apartment and are very quite. The living area is very spacious, comfortable, and well decorated. The laundry facilities are great and there is plenty of space to dry your clothing. The apartment is not only functional it is also romantic. The location of the apartment is perfect it is right in the heart of Puerto de la Cruz which is a wonderful destination. I expected this was a very nice place but in the end it was far nicer than I had expected.

  This is a very nice apartment in a great location in Puerto de la Cruz. The apartment is just steps from Plaza del Charco which is the center of activity in Puerto. By staying here instead of one of the outlying multi story buildings, you will save enough in cab fare to pay a good portion of your rent. Also, the ocean is just steps from the front door of the apartment. The apartment is very well equipped and beautifully decorated. The owner was a pleasure to deal with. Everything went very smoothly. I would highly recommend this apartment.

  we've spend months in the apartment. I have checked a lot of other apartment in Puerto, this is the best if you want to be in the centre of everything. It is 2O metres from Plaza del Charco which is THE square in town. The parking place is in 5O metres. All the restaurants, bars, discos are in maximum 5 minute walk. But as the bedroom is not heading towards the street, it is not noisy (but a bit warm during the hot summer days) The flat is cosy, comfortable, has new furniture. It is all equipped with brand new stuff (e.g. vacuum cleaner, iron etc.) It is even nicer and more comfy that it shows on photo (not like other, where it is the other way around) You can always reach Carlota, and she solves everything right away. Muchisimas Gracias Carlota!

  This rental was everything as advertised! As others have said, being near one of the main plazas made it easy to get anything you needed and there were two beaches a short walk away. Carlota and her sister were both extremely helpful with everything. I would recommend this rental to anyone going to Tenerife!
