  Great retreat from city yet close to everything. 20 to 30 minutes puts you in the city, on the trails, or at the airport. Clean and equipped, the house had all you could want except food. Had a wonderful time and will look here first next time we come out to Seattle.

  Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

  Had a wonderful time. House was remote yet close to town. Fifteen to twenty minutes to airport, Seattle, or Issaquah. House keeper, (on site ), was a charm, even gave us fresh eggs from the chickens she keeps. House has everything needed, even free wi-fi. Close to several parks for hiking. Overall a very nice place to use as a base for a vacation, visit, or even a business trip.

  We had a mini-reunion with 8 of us staying at this home in Issaquah. The house is wonderful!! 3 bedrooms with a bathroom in each one which was very important to us. It is on a large piece of property and "out in the country". My grandson loved seeing the deer. They also had a large supply of toys for the kids. I really recommend the home. It is 3 stories (including the garage below the home), so it might not be for everyone.

  I rented this property for my family when they came into town for my daughter's baptism. The house was great. It was very spacious and includes a small front yard for kids to play in. The beds are comfortable and the linens clean. The caretaker that lives onsite was very friendly and gave us tips about the area, the willdlife and the alpacas up the hill. The owner was very accommodating and friendly as well. For some it may be out of the way, but for others that adds to its tranquility. It depends on what you're looking for. Overall I'm very pleased with this house and will rent again if needed in the future.

  I've rented multiple vacation properties and even very few came so complete with trash bags, shampoo, utensils etc. I didn't have to get any refills even though I was at the property for a week. The property may seem a little remote but it was only 10-15 minutes to the shops and about half an hour to the airport. If you love been close to nature yet accessible to the city, this is the property for you. Tania, the owner made every effort in making our stay comfortable. Each room came with its own attach bathroom and that was also a major plus for this property. Great value.

  My kids and I joined my husband here for some quality family time. It turned out to be the ideal spot. There was plenty of room for all seven of us. It is located in a very secluded, quiet, and beautiful area. We went on walks, jogs, and spent hours in the awesome game room. The owners and housekeeper were very accommodating, yet gave you your privacy. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks Mary and Tania!!!

  My husband and I arrived here after having driven from Virginia over a month with our 5 very young children! When we arrived and found all that this home had to offer and the hospitality of the owner we were overjoyed. She has raised 4 children herself and made us feel very at ease about the child-safety of the place and recommending places to take them to feed them and wear them out. I want to find out where she shops because the sheets and blankets were some of the most comfortable I've ever slept in and the products she stocks the house with smelled wonderful. I felt more comfortable than I have at some 5 star hotels. This place was a gem and we will probably be back again.

  After moving here from Colorado and spending a month in hotels after our rental house fell through, we stumbled upon the big blue house and count ourselves so blessed! The location was quiet with plenty of room for our 4 yr old son to play. The owners were SO accomodating and went way past the call of duty to make us feel welcome and settled. The circumstances surrounding us at the time made this one of the hardest times of our lives. But this house and the generosity bestowed upon us will always make our 3 weeks there a wonderful memory. We recommend this house with the highest of confidence.

  This was a good house. The landlord was very co-operative and helpful. She was very flexible. The house was very good, clean and all the amenities were good. The kitchen had all the utensils, fridge and dining set was good/clean. I would highly recommend this place.
