Looking for a restful and comfortable stay? You have come to the right place! This 3 bedroom townhouse is located in the Crestwynd Bay resort, just 1.5 miles away from Disney. This gated community features a community pool, nature trails, and children playgrounds. Why pay for an expensive hotel room when you can have the whole house all to yourself, while paying less!
This professionally furnished and managed 3 bedroom unit includes 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and 2 twin beds. All beds come with the highest quality mattresses, guaranteed to recharge you from a day in the parks. There is also a convertible sofa bed in the living room. This unit also come with 3 full baths, so fighting for bathrooms will become a thing in the past!
Love to cook? No problem! Our fully furnished kitchen will handle it no problem. We have enough cooking and eating utensils for the biggest party you can ever throw. Coffee maker, toaster, and blender are just some of many appliances you will find in the kitchen. In order to make this your home away from home, we also provide hair dryer, iron, ironing board, and full size washer and dryer. (I am sure there are something I have missed, so send me an inquiry if there are anything specific that you are looking for!)
This unit also comes prepared with all the high tech gadgets. LCD HDTV, DVD Player, and Nintendo Wii are just a few on the list.

Checking in late at night? No problem! In fact you don't even have to check in at all, just go straight to the unit! All our units are equipped with Keyless Digital deadbolt, as keys are simply too unsafe and inconvenient. No more picking up or droping off keys at the office, no more loosing keys in the park, no more unauthorized entry to the unit with copied keys. The secured digital access code will be sent to you one week prior to your arrival. You can even choose to set your own passcode during your stay!

Absolutely LOVED it! Not only was the location fantastic, the amenities inside the house were great. The furniture inside the home was quite nice and more stylish than we’ve come to expect from vacation houses. Very relaxing place to be. This was our first time visiting Florida and we were very glad that we rented this beautiful townhouse. Like the other reviews state the unit is a very clean and lovely place to come back to after spending hours in the parks. We found everything we needed in the townhouse, and the kids were happy to spend time in the swimming pool. One of the best part is the the location as it is extremely close to lots of shops and restaurants, and Disney are just a 10 to 15 minute drive away. This home is unbelievable in its presentation, in its liveable elegance and in its warm wonder. We enjoyed our stay at this lovely property. Location was great, very close to restaurants, shops, and theme parks we visited. With all the places to choose from , we are so glad that we chose Crestwynn to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary !! It was very clean and the kitchen was fully eqquipped so we could cook and spend more time with the family. Also, the location was great, close to restaurants and attractions. Gorgeous, peaceful, and relaxation! Exactly as advertised. The check-in was very smooth and as soon as we walked into the house we felt right at home. The house was well appointed and furnished and very comfortable. Great location, close to Disney. Would definitely come back! My family and I stayed 5 nights in this property. The place was spotless just perfect for our family. There is a full kitchen and a washer/dryer in the unit. The location was great. It would only be a few minutes drive to all amenities (groceries, fast foods, liquor store, bank...) We were traveling with two younger children (4 and 7) so Disney was were we spent most of our time. Having a full kitchen was also great because it allowed us to save on restaurant meals (Disney can be expensive!). Everyone loved the place. The Unique Benefits at this Townhome:
Security. Many owners are still using the old, and dangerous, key in a lock box method. This is when owner install a lock box outside the front door, where they would store the actual key for the property. The lock box is accessible with a 4 to 5 digit pass code, but most owner would change the code only once in a few months. When I first got into the vacation home business, I thought this was a ridiculous joke and had all my locks changed right away to special electronics locks. With the old method, there are so many ways for strangers or even criminals to enter the property without your authorization. The last thing you would want is to enjoy a day in the park while all your belongings are being stolen. When you complain to the owner about your stolen goods, they would then come up with a list of excuses and put the blame back on you. With my electronic lock system designed for vacation homes, only you will have access to the property during your stay. All codes from previous guest will expire once they check out. No unauthorized copies of the keys can be made so no one will have access except for you! Also you will no longer have to worry about losing the key, and you can even set your own temporary password during your stay! Beware though, the lock is time sensitive so don't arrive at property before your check in time and wonder why the lock doesn't work. It's THAT secure!
