Serve time at the 'Texas Big House' with all your friends and family and you will find luxury accomodations at an affordable price. This brand new home in Village Walk has 10 bedrooms and 6 full baths, 2 half baths, 2 full kitchens and comfortably sleeps 24 people in beds with accomodations for 4 other people on sofa sleepers. A kidney shaped swimming pool with a sloped beach entry is for the exclusive use of guests at this home.
There are two homes, connected by a breezeway with the private pool in the center. Each home has two levels and an attached, seperate entry, carriage house. Each house has a living room with a sofa sleeper, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, half bath, master bedroom suite with a private bath. Upstairs is two bedrooms and a full bath. The carriage house has two bedrooms and one full bath. Every bedroom has a flat screen TV and several have DVD players. Both kitchens are well accessorized for cooking for a crowd and dining seats for 14 in each home.
Outside are two park style charcoal grills for your use. Two, one car garages are also available. There is no parking on the street in this neighborhood, and only passenger vehicles are allowed. This homes provides 9 parking spaces, including the garages. Please, no boats, trailers, motorhomes, etc. Smoking is not allowed inside the premises and pets are not allowed.
