We loved the condo. Easy keyless access no keys to carry around all week. Beautiful view from the balcony. Very family friendly. Owner easy to work with. Would stay at again. Loved it. As noted in other reviews, the condo was spacious, well supplied, and had a great balcony view. Saw dolphins passing every morning I was out. Since it is so close to St. Johns Pass there was plenty of activity in and out of the pass daily. Enjoyed utilizing the table/chairs on the balcony daily. Made for a very enjoyable stay and would most certainly book a return stay if in the area.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Excellent location near John's Pass. We enjoyed walking there each day for ice cream; as well as, parasIling, dinner at Scully's and Bubba Gumps. It was a 10-15 min walk via the road or longer via the beach. Wonderful view of the ocean from the balcony, we saw dolphins swimming by several times as we enjoyed our morning coffee and breakfast on the balcony. The beds were so comfortable and we loved having the window open and falling asleep to the sound of the waves crashing on shore. The building and pool area was very clean and well maintained. We met lots of friends in the elevator and by the pool. Everyone was very friendly. The owner was fabulous to work with answering all my questions. I would recommend this location for families. Our kids (13 and 11) loved the pool, shuffle board, and beach. Not to mention the wii-fi! We will definitely be back to stay at the Seabreeze!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

Our stay at Sea Breeze was wonderful. The weather in December was beautiful. Only my husband and myself stayed but there would have been plenty of room if we had brought the entire family. I loved the openess and the views were simply spectacular. We would definitely go back and stay here again.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

Great place to stay. There were four of us, 2 adults, 2 children (5 and 8) and there was more than enough room for all of us. Great king size bed with a view of the gulf. Short walk to Johns Pass. Dolphin watching from the balcony. Lots of beach chairs, umbrella and toys for the kids. Will definitely be booking with Steve again. Our condo was very nice. The couch was a little beaten up but the beds were great. It had a wonderful view. This is a family oriented resort. The pool was extremely over crowded for August. We spent a week in this condo and loved it! The view from the 6th floor is breath taking..... We didn't want to leave. Condo was clean, spacious and just what we needed. Would absolutely stay there again. We loved John's Pass, it's a must see! Pool was never crowded we got chairs everyday, same with the beach not crowded at all. Saw dolphins every morning around 7:30 and really enjoyed our breakfasts out on the balcony. We just returned from a 4 night stay at Sea Breeze # 607 and had the best time! The condo was way more than we expected. It is spacious, fully equipped and has the best view:) My favorite thing to do while there was sit on the patio with my coffee and enjoy the view and the sound of the ocean. My children enjoyed the games that were already there waiting for us. As a family we enjoyed the pool, the beach and walks to ST. Johns Pass and Candy Kitchen for ice cream. Overall it was just a wonderful vacation and we will be back for sure! The descriptor for this property should say "Best Location on Madeira Beach". Absolutely wonderful Gulf/beachfront location. Listing info and photos accurately reflect the rental's appearance and amenities. Very clean and well maintained. Very quick response time from owner with all of our pre-check-in questions/concerns. We highly recommend this property and location. We were looking for a place in the Clearwater Beach area and ended up in Madeira Beach and are very happy that's the way it worked out. Johns Pass close enough to walk to and far enough away that you are not hearing all of the boat traffic going in and out of the bay. Johns Pass full of gift shops, bars, restaurants and boat, jet ski, fishing, parasail rentals etc. Johns Pass is a great place to dolphin watch at dusk while enjoying dinner or cocktails on the water. Ellenton Outlet Mall and Fort DeSoto Park must do's. Too many good restaurants in the area to mention but one of our fav's was Seabreeze on the Boca Ciega Bay. We were looking for the perfect place for sun, sand, surf and relaxation and once we were there, wished we had booked 2-weeks instead of just one! Easy in/out Tampa International Airport. You will not be disappointed with this rental & location. Great view of pool, hot tub & beach from balcony. As a matter of fact, I think the table on the balcony was the only table we ever used! Our thanks to the owners of this property for making this a very enjoyable experience. Had a wonderful stay at the condo!!!!! Saw Dolphins playing four of the five days we were there. The owner Steve is easy to work with and always available to answer any questions you may have. The pool was heated to 85 degrees as advertised and the hot tub was great. Make sure you eat at Salt Rock Grill for upscale dining!! Plenty of other restaurants at Johns Pass. This condo has everything you need to have a good time. The location is great, the condo is quite large and very comfortable. The view is wonderful and you can see the pool as well as the beach. We had a great time and would stay there again. The owner Steve is great to work with and gave us many tips. We enjoyed a great long weekend at this condo. It was the perfect place to stay for a long weekend. The unit was very clean and comfortable. The unit is right on the beach. We enjoyed having breakfast on the balcony watching the dolphins playing in the water and catching spectacular sunsets. It's located in a relatively quiet yet convenient section of the beach. You can easily walk to John's Pass yet far enough away from the buzz of the jet skis. We took advantage of the hot tub and pool as well. We wish we could have stayed longer. The owner is easy to communicate with, timely responsive and very accommodating. He gave use some great recommendations. We had a absolutely wonderful time. This condo did have everything we needed. My husband and I came alone for our Anniverasy. There would have been plenty of room if we would have brought our kids.They would have loved it. We have family that live in Florida and they came to visit. It was roomy enough to make us all feel comfortable. John's Pass was close. So nice to be able to walk and shop for awhile, then eat overlooking the intercoastal. The owner Steve was helpful and very nice. The condo was clean, newly furnished, and we had everything we needed to comfortably house a family of 4 with plenty of room to spare. The owners were very pleasant and easy to work with and accommodated all of our needs. The location is wonderful, snow white sand and right on the beach. We were very pleased with every aspect of the condo and look forward to coming back soon. We highly recommend renting here to anyone who is looking to visit the area. We very much enjoyed our stay in this condo and would stay there again. The condo was quite large and furnished very nicely. We were impressed with the size of the master bedroom, bath and the kitchen area. The owners were very helpful and easy to work with during our stay. The sandy white beach and pool were great. Neaby St. Johns Pass offers lots of restaurants and shops. Busch Gardens is maybe an hour away depending on traffic and was a fun place for the whole family.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

What a great spring break trip! Not one drop of rain the entire week. This condo had everything we needed for the week. It was situated in the perfect location----within a 5 min. walking distance to John's Pass. If you are on the beach, you could watch the bridge to Treasure Island go up and down. It is situated direct gulf-front and overlooks the nice size pool and gorgeous white sandy beach. Our three girls (13, 16, 17) had the time of their life. Everything is close by, including a 7-Eleven across the street, tons of restaurants, ice cream shops and John's Pass which we managed to go to every day. The owner was fantastic to work with whether it was via phone/email and the price was reasonable. The master bedroom was very large with two huge dressers and a big walk-in closet. Everything was clean and well maintained and photos accurately reflected the appearance. There are tons of activities to do around the area. With three teen-age girls, we went jet skiing twice and did the sunset dolphin cruise (out of John's Pass). John's Pass has so many shops, restaurants, bars and fun activities.. Bubba Gump Shrimp Co was a favorite! The condo is only a short drive to St. Pete and Clearwater. We would definitely recommend staying here.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

Our vacation in this condo was most enjoyable! The furnishings, wall decor, new beds, and recently painted interior were especially nice. The new high back chairs and table on the balcony enabled us to enjoy a beautiful and unobstructed view of the beach, awesome sunsets, and Gulf of Mexico! New floor tile and carpeting added to our enjoyment. Also noteworthy was the excellant experience of communicating with the owner of this very nice condominium. We always received prompt replies to our questions concerning the rental of this unit. Also noteworthy is that, in our opinion, the pictures on the vrbo.com web site don't fully show the fine quality of furnishings in this unit! This unit is a step above the majority of units that we have rented at this condominium complex in the past. You will probably find the rental price for this unit to be very reasonable and competitive. You will not regret renting this unit when vacationing in Florida!Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway.
