Long Term Rental - Looking for a couple to occupy new 6 bedroom, 6 1/2 bath family home on golf course and a 5 minute walk to the beach. Available during the fall and winter with some use during the spring and summer. Owners will use the home a number of weeks during the late spring and summer. Two month rental minimum. Amenities include pool with jacuzzi, media room, gourmet kitchen, fireplace and beautiful furnishings. References and a personal interview required. Very reasonable rates, which include all utilities except propane heating of the pool. No smoking and no pets.

This was our fifth visit to Hilton Head Island, and this property was exceptional and did not even compare with other properties that we have stayed. The large Double Garage was perfect for hiding bicycles and beach stuff away. Our favorite was the beach cart with oversized wheels which was perfect for getting our stuff to the beach with ease. The house has lots of space and we loved the sitting area off the "great room" as well as the home theater room with huge pocket doors. Our favorite room had to be the dorm style children's room (500+ sq feet) with two trundle bunk bed beds. The children's bath room was nautical themed and the light fixtures look like the came right from a cruise liner. The location is right on the golf course and the beach is approximately 6 or 7 minutes by foot and was never busy during our stay (beginning of September) Make sure you visit Robert Irvine's "Eat" restaurant on Tuesday night for their Tapas Menu!
