I am currently renting the PH. It is fabulous! The pictures do not do it justice!! The condo is spacious and comfortable! It's clean and well maintained. Sterling Shores is directly across from the beach which is NO hassle whatsoever! It's a quick walk.. Which I scooted thru The Backporch which made it even easier! The condo is close to everything. A short drive to shopping and restaurants. There are even restaurants within walking distance. I would highly recommend this condo. I am VERY particular and don't normally write reviews... coming from me this is huge!! Another huge plus, the owners are great! Quick to respond, very friendly and accommodating!!
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

This was my first time in Destin and wanted somewhere nice for our first visit. We went out of season so secured a good deal at this Penthouse. Stayed for only 4 nights but key points, really liked Sterling Shores, central to most things and a short stroll to the beach. The Penthouse was spacious, really clean, which my wife loved and well maintained. They also have an underground parking space with the rental which was a big bonus. Would recommend and hope to get back soon
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
