We invite you to come and relax in our serene beach cottage style condo. Watch the sunrise in the mornings and the sunset in the evenings as you listen to the peaceful sounds of the gulf from our huge beach front balcony.
Our unit is comfortably decorated with new furnishings throughout. There is a large 47' flat screen LED/LCD TV with Blueray DVD player for those nights you want to stay in and watch your favorite shows, sporting events or movies. There is also a Radio/IPOD docking station for our music lovers. We have stocked the unit with a nice variety of movies and board games for your enjoyment.
The dinning room comfortably seats six and there are two bar stools at the granite bar nearby for additional seating.
The kitchen has upgraded stainless steel appliances and is stocked with all the conveniences of home. We have done our very best to provide everything you could want or need to prepare your favorite meal, frozen drink and/or coffee.
There is a full size washer and dryer for your convenience.
The condo comfortably sleeps 8. The master bedroom has a brand new Jamison Cool Gel Foam mattress with down alternative pillows and soft blanket. You will have a wonderful nights sleep to be ready for your day at the beach. There is also a 32' flat screen TV, DVD player and radio/alarm clock with ipod/iphone docking station. There are sliding glass doors that lead to the balcony from the master. If you choose, have breakfast in bed while enjoying the beautiful views of the gulf from the large sliding glass door windows.
The two quest rooms are also furnished with new Serta mattresses, down alternative pillows and soft blankets. Each have 32' flat screen TV's. The third bedroom has an additional DVD player. There is a queen bed in one room and two full size beds in the other.
Our Condo is located close to grocery shopping, wonderful restaurants, amusement parks, souvenier shopping, walking/bike trails in the State Park, and boat launches for boating in the bay and/or gulf.
Windward Pointe complex offers all the amenities you could want with indoor/outdoor pools, an indoor hot tub, sauna, well equipped exercise facility, stainless steel grills by the beach and pool, covered pavilion and tennis/basketball courts. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available in the summer season for daily or weekly rentals. There is a binder in the unit that has information on the local eateries, shopping and activities in the area.

The condo is beautifully decorated! The beds were extremely comfortable and the kitchen has all of the essentials necessary to prepare meals. The balcony view is breathtaking and the outdoor furniture was quite comfy to enjoy a book and the warm weather. The location is convenient to grocery stores and restaurants. It was perfect for our family and Stacie was wonderful to work with!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway.

We spent half of December including Christmas and New Years. The unit was exactly as represented on vrbo. Staci was very easy to deal with. The condo was perfect for our family. Because of the time of year not many people were around, but we found plenty of things to do. My wife loved the kitchen from which we prepared several gourmet meals including our daughter's engagement celebration, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Years Eve. The balcony had plenty of comfortable seating and faced south which allowed us to enjoy the view even on cooler days. The indoor hot tub, pool, and exercise room were a nice amenity. Staff at Windward Pointe were very friendly including the two nighttime security guards - Jim and Ron. This is a great value right in the middle of Orange Beach - approximately a 2.5 mile walk on the beach to the State Park Pavilion or to the inlet.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, romantic getaway.

We have a first grandchild that we wanted to share the beach with. My husband and I, my daughter and her husband and their daughter, another daughter and her boyfriend and our son, all had a fabulous time. Your place is beautifully decorated. My daughters and I said we would not change a thing. We love the colors, the decor, it was perfect. My wife and children recently stayed at your condo and we had a wonderful time. The location of the condo was perfect for a family with children. Just a quick elevator ride and short walk and your feet are in the sand. It just can't get much better than that. The condo was well furnished and the appliances were also very nice. The view from the living room and master bedroom was just amazing. The proximity to grocery stores, shops, restaurants and entertainment was great. This was the first trip to the beach for our children and thanks to your great condo it will be a lasting memory for them. The communication with you was also above and beyond what I expected. You were following up and ensuring that everything was perfect. I HIGHLY recommend this condo to anyone that wants to enjoy beautiful Orange Beach. Why the Owner Chose Windward Pointe:
We chose Orange Beach because it is a short drive from home and we can visit often. The area is clean, beautiful and has long white sand beaches. We also enjoy boating in the bays nearby and swimming in the gulf. The locals are friendly and make you feel right at home. We chose Windward Pointe because it is conveniently located and has all the amenities you could need or want. We love the floor plan of the condo and the huge balcony for enjoying the gorgeous views and peaceful sounds of the beach and gulf.
