Just past the entrance to Palmetto Dunes Resort, a picturesque lane leads into the popular St. Andrews complex and to this 1st floor, 2 bedroom, and 2-bath villa that has been nicely decorated.
To the left of the entry foyer is a den area that opens both to the kitchen, and to a small covered outside patio. A pull-out loveseat allows this room to serve as a 3rd bedroom, if necessary.
On the right of the foyer, a small hallway leads to a full bath and to a bedroom with a bunk bed that has a double and twin/ plus an addtitional twin bed.
The kitchen, which may also be accessed from the dining area, has all full-sized appliances, bright corner windows, and an alcove with a convenient washer and dryer. In addition, there is an open pass window to the spacious and sunny dining area, which is brightened by a floor-to-ceiling window and features a table with seating for 6.
One step down is the adjacent livingroom where a built-in wet bar is a very functional room divider. This room also has a comfortable 3-piece seating group, a cozy window seat, built-in cabinets and shelving housing a TV/VCR/DVD, a large window with lovely wooded view, and 2 sets of French doors opening to each end of a wraparound covered patio.
Off of the livingroom is the master bedroom, which features a queen-size bed, a TV, corner windows with a French door to the patio, and a private bath. There is also a single pull out bed in the master.
Palmetto Dunes is a 2000 acre oceanfront resort that reaches from the 3 miles of white sandy beach, through 11 miles of lagoons, 3 golf courses, and 25 tennis courts, to the bikeway under highway 278 that provides access to the Shelter Cove Marina, shops, restaurants, and Mall.
St. Andrews Commons has an on-site pool that is open April through September, and is only minutes away from the beach. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.
