We just returned from a wonderful stay in this very nice condo. The location is great, close to plenty of good restauants, the beach, & all that PV has to offer. The furnishings are top notch, the kitchen well equipped & plenty of space. We were extremely satisfied with our stay here. No need to have a car.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children.

This is our second stay here and we love, love, love it. Perfect location to walk to beach, bars, restaurants and all else there is to do. It is a fabulous property equipped with absolutely everything you could need. Very clean and decorated nicely. When not out and about, we spent most of our time on the spacious balcony, enjoying the plants and the fabulous views. The pool area is private and serene and the water was heated so we enjoyed some time there as well. There is no doubt we will return. We really enjoyed this condo. It was luxurious, comfortable, spacious and clean, with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. It's really convenient to everything in the romantic zone, with the beach and lots of bars and restaurants in easy walking distance. The view from the large balcony is great. One of the best parts of our time in Puerto Vallarta was our time on the balcony with a cup of coffee in the morning and a glass of wine at sunset.Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

The unit is exactly as presented, well located, well maintained in a clean and secure building. Easy walk to the beach, great dining and shopping. Modern kitchen is a plus as it makes spending time in the condo an attractive alternative when you just want to relax on the balcony and enjoy the lovely view.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway.

This property has all the bells and whistles for the fussy traveler. Chic-modern allowing you to feel completely safe at all times. Just 2 short blocks off Badillo street and less than 10 minute stroll to the beach, calming and relaxing afternoons await you every day. This condo would easily accomodate 4 adults with its spacious interiors and generous balcony area. Reliable maid service will keep your home fresh and sparkling. This IS your home away from home, so pack the bags and make your way to Copa De Oro on quiet Constitucion Street.Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

I stayed here at Copa De Oro from April 1 to April 22/2012. This was my second time staying here in about six months. This is a great place to relax, great location, secure and well managed. Maria comes in once a week to do laundry and make sure that everything is clean for the tenants. She does a great job. Everything that you need for a great vacation is right here, from the comfortable beds, the pool, and the relaxing view from the balcony. The kitchen is well equipped with all the pots and pans you need, There is even a wine opener in the drawer. You should treat yourself, and stay at Copa De Oro. You will have a very pleasant , relaxing experience.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

We were blown away by this beautiful condo. Large patio overlooking Old Town. View was incredible. Bedrooms were roomy with plenty of closet and drawer space. Fully equiped kitchen. Plenty of hot water in the bathrooms. Perfect location to enjoy all there is to see and do in Old Town. Clean, modern, and more than we expected. . Having the elevator was nice and the security was comforting although probably not necessary. Loved our stay. We will be back. This condo was everything that as described in the listing.,, close to restaurants, shopping and the beach. The pictures shown in the description are exactly what you are getting. This was a well kept, and maintained and very clean. I would recommend this condo to any of my friends who want a luxury place to stay in Puerto Vallarta. This Short Term Rental Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made by and between __________ (“Homeowner”) and _________ (“Guest”) as of the date last set forth on the signature page of this Agreement. For good and valuable consideration, the sufficiency of which is acknowledged, the parties hereby agree as follows: 1. Property: The property is Romantic Zone Peace Condominium, Colonia Emeliano Zapata, Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco,MX 48380. 2. Rental Party: The rental party shall consist of Guest and the following persons: __________, ______________, _______________, and___________________. 3. Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests is limited to 4 (four) persons. An additional charge or $75 USD per person per night for guests in addition to (4) four (4) be assessed. 4. Term of the Lease: The lease begins at 3:00 p.m. on ___________________ , (the “Check-in Date”) and ends at 10:00 a.m. on_________________ (the “Checkout Date”). Rental Rules: All members of the rental party and their guests agree to follow “normal rules of decorum” of a residential building, including but not limited to: no loud music or TV; any behavior possibly disruptive to others after 11pm will be inside closed doors; efforts will be made to minimize the dragging of furniture or slamming of doors. No smoking or pets are allowed at anytime. All debris and rubbish are placed in the dumpster. All soiled dishes are placed in dishwasher and cleaned prior to departure. One load of laundry is started before departure. No linens are to be removed from the unit. Nothing may be hung on outside railings. Minors are allowed in commons areas only in the company of an adult. Pool hours are 9am to 10pm. No glass is permitted in the pool area. Parking is to be only in the designated assigned location, even short time parking outside this area will result in towing at your expense. Assure that the garage door is closed after ingress or egress. TheGarage door opener is returned upon departure. The renter is not evicted by the owner’s representative, condominium management, or local law enforcement. The homeowner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the rental party. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. If the premises appear dirty or damaged upon Check-in, the rental party shall inform the Homeowner immediately. 6. A Damage Deposit of $200 USD is required for occupancy by each minor. 7. Access: Guest shall allow the management company and housekeeping access to the property for purposes of cleaning, repair and inspection. This right shall be exercised in a reasonable manner. Why the Owner Chose Romantic Zone:
This area of Zona Romantica, is the central shopping, restaurant, people watching, and beach area of Puerto Vallarta. You will need to stay a month to enjoy all the better restaurants, galleries, and shops. The beach restaurants in this area provide free towels, umbrellas, and good (some geat) food and drinks. .......Except for the taxi from the airport, you will not even need to get in a car during your vacation.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
You will enjoy watching the vivid colors of tropical sunset over Banderas Bay and Puerto Vallarta from the huge balcony and adjoining rooms. The heated pool/jacuzzi, and garden area is very private and inviting. Our complex is quiet, so we don't get disturbed when we choose to 'sleep-in' after a late evening.
