This is the closest condominium building to the ocean in the Arcadian Dunes complex. Walk out of your first floor unit and the beach is a short walk down the street. There is a fishing pier about 300 yards north once on the beach.
The street that leads to the ocean is a dead-end street so only people staying at this end of the beach come by. This is one of the most secluded parts of Myrtle Beach, and yet so convenient to everything. You are no more than five minutes to Restaurant Row, the Tanger Outlets, Wal-Mart Superstore, Barefoot Landing, Bass Pro Shop and more. Broadway at the Beach, the Grand Costal Mall and everything else you may need is a short drive away. This is great because you don’t have to deal with all of the Myrtle Beach traffic.
There is a restaurant and sports bar located on site along side of the main pool. The complex facilities includes two pools, a sauna and steam room, whirlpool, game room, tennis courts, a children's play area, horseshoe pits, and picnic tables with grills. The Arcadian Dunes complex is situated on 15 park-like acres. It is a relaxing and beautiful atmosphere.
Our unit is fully furnished and beautifully decorated. You need only bring your beach towel, soaps, toiletries, linens (sheets, towels, wash cloths, bath mats, and dish towels) and paper products. Rental linens are available for an additional charge. Please advise at time of booking, if you'd like to rent linens.
The master bedroom suite has a queen-size bed and full bath, cable TV, and its own private entry to the screened porch. The second bedroom has two single beds and cable TV. The second bath is in the hallway outside the second bedroom. The unit is equipped with a washer and dryer. The living room is surrounded with big windows which makes it bright and provides for a constant view. The couch is also a queen-size sleeper sofa. Cable TV, and a DVD player are part of the electronics in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster oven and garbage disposal. The kitchen also has a breakfast counter with two bar stools. The dinette area has seating for four, however extra folding chairs are in the unit.
Our unit is privately owned. No one under the age of 25 may rent our unit. This is not only our policy, but a rule of our Home Owner's Association at Arcadian Dunes. Any person under the age of 25, must be accompanied by a person 25 or older. A signed lease and refundable security deposit will be required at the time of booking. We take pride in the accommodations we are offering to you. We have repeat renters year after year. We would be happy to add you to our list of happy guests.
