  This place is exactly what we were looking for. It was clean, perfect size (4adults, 3kids) and great location (15 minutes to Disney parking lots). If we go back to Florida, this is the place we will be staying at.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

  My family of 4 stayed in this townhouse with another family of 4 over spring break and had a wonderful time. It was big enough for the 8 of us, and we did not feel we were on top of each other. The pictures do not do justice as to how nice this townhouse is. It is tastefully decorated and very clean. It has everything you need for a weeks vacation. Having a washer and dryer is probably the biggest plus. We went home with clean laundry! We had to call property management once regarding the pool heater and they were there within an hour. They were very pleasant and helpful. The owner made renting the townhouse very easy and we are hoping to stay there again in the future.

  We just came home yesterday hated to leave!!! We had a great time at your home we usually go to florida once or twice a year, hope to come back to this home my 3 year old grand daughter loved loved the pool, very clean home and really felt at home thank you again for sharing your home.   Plan on coming again! The house met our expectations. The pictures were accurate, the place was cleaned and prepared for our arrival. Jennifer was very easy to deal with and answered all my questions accurately. I loved the private pool, it was smaller than it looked but definately swimable, the only thing was that we got it heated but I didn't specify to what temperature so when we got there it was like a hot tub! We had access to the thermostat though so readjusted it. The other issue for some might be that even though the pool was private others can see through the enclosure.The grounds were really pretty and when I went (off season) not too crowded, but the down side was that one of the deep pools was too cold to swim in because the heater was broken, if you go during hot weather this would not be a problem. The location was great, close to all attractions and stores but private enough without feeling isolated or unsafe. It really was the perfect family spot. I went with 2 picky teenage daughters and 3 kids and my husband all of which wished they could stay longer! Now that must mean something!!

  We had a fabulous holiday and absolutely loved the house. The kids much preferred the private pool to the communal one and were in the water night and day. For us, relaxing by the pool with the sound of the fountain was perfect. Encantada is close to all the parks yet far enough away to feel busy. We will definately be visiting again. Thanks also for a flexibility on departure times to fit with our flights.

  Our family loves this Townhome, but let me first begin with the communication between our family and the owners. They were very helpful and very friendly. The bedrooms are large and all have and own tv, this was perfect for the children. Great kitchen with all the supplies you need. The swimming pool was big enough for all of us and you have the sun all day long. All the parks were within 25 minutes of driving. Also the best restaurants are in the area. For your shopping you do not have to drive very far. The Target and Publix are almost around the corner. When we return to Florida, this is the townhome we will book again.   I am a lifetime in the park hotel vactioner. I hestitated with staying in a house and now I will probably never stay in a hotel again. What an enjoyable and relaxing vacation. The Encantada Resort was beautiful. The house was clean, nicely decorated and the perfect size. We were less than 10 minutes from Disney and 20 minutes to Universal and SeaWorld. Thank you Jennifer for sharing your house with us.

  What a great place, this was our first time renting and we did not know what to expect. We chose this house based on the reviews and pictures. As well as Jennifer's responsiveness to our inquiries. I have to say we were extremely satisfied with this house, we have 3 kids 3,6,9 the themed bedrooms for the kids were awesome, there was more than enough space for the 5 of us, this house has a great layout and lots of space for the kids to get a break from each other. The house was clean and everything was in working order. (As for the maintenance staff, we did not have any problems during our stay). Jennifer was great she provided us all the information needed, when we arrived the house was easy to find and ready for our stay. The kids headed straight to the pool it was very refreshing after a full day in the car. When planning our vacation we debated staying at the parks, and are glad we choose this house, it was clean, lots of space and close to restaurants and the Magic Kingdom (no more than 10 min. even with morning traffic. Next Trip to Disney this house will be our first choice. we are done staying in hotels, this option is so much better! I would absolutely recommend this property to friends or family. Thanks again to Jennifer for sharing this house with us.

  Good Morning Jennifer, We would like to thank you for our time ( 2 Months- March/April 2012) spent at your home in Florida, it felt like home. Everything was just as described in your add. Beautiful!! It is located in a perfect location at the resort and for the theme parks and shopping. Our daughters loved it. You, Paul and Kim (from the Management Company) were extremely helpful in every way during our stay. I hope to be able to rent from you again as this was one of our best vacations ever!

  If you are looking for a “home away from home” in the perfect Disney setting….then look no further…rent this property. The owner is so friendly and easy to deal with, she made setting up our vacation simple. We had three generations (6 people) vacationing together for 10 days, 9 nights and this house accommodated us perfectly. Grandparents had their own room & bathroom downstairs, and the kids & grandkids had plenty of room upstairs. Having the pool right out our sliding glass doors was a luxury and a great relief after being in the parks all day. The only day we did not use the pool was the day we flew home. Everything we needed was in the house and we used the washer & dryer all week. The location was perfect and allowed us easy access to the parks (10 min door to door), shopping and all our favorite restaurants. The first day there, we had an issue with our air conditioner. The property managers were responsive and had our air conditioner working in no time. (They even called a day or two later just to make sure everything was fine.) We have recommended this property to all of our friends and would not hesitate to rent this again.

  We visit Disney once a year and have always stayed on property. This house may change our mind forever! The house was exactly as described and better. We were about 10 minutes from Disney but it never seemed that long. We traveled with our son, daughter-in-law and 2 grandchildren so the 3 bedrooms upstairs were perfect for them. The Disney theme in the kids rooms was a nice plus. My husband and I had our room downstairs and we loved it! We are early risers so we never disturbed anyone upstairs. The washer/dryer made it possible to pack lighter than normal and who doesn't love that?? The pool was warm and the kids were in it every chance. Everything we needed was provided and the first day we went to the Super-Target just down the road and got snacks, frozen pizzas, drinks, etc., which was really nice at night sitting out by the pool. The pool toys in the closet were more than adequate! The patio was a peaceful place to sit and view the lake and the fountain. We did not use the club house pool or games area so I can't say much about them except they looked nice. The beds were comfortable and the downstairs layout was open and we loved it. The house is very nicely furnished and the leather couch and chairs are perfect for a quick nap. We especially appreciated the TV's in every bedroom....that cut out many arguments! :) The wifi was fast and easy to access. The owner was WONDERFUL to deal with and answered all my many questions very quickly and patiently. The maintenance folks came to check on us while we were there and replaced a porch light without us even asking. I can't say enough good things about this house and our vacation experience. We will ABSOLUTELY book it again next year!!

  We stayed at this gorgeous home for a week in June 2011. We loved everything about the house! The photographs are beautiful....but even better in person! The decor is gorgeous! The house accommodated all 8 of us perfectly. The kitchen had more than enough utensils, plates, pots/pans, etc. for us to cook a nice big dinner! We loved having our private pool right on the lake. We would sit out every morning enjoying our morning coffee and enjoy the gorgeous scenery. Then again at night, we would sit outside and enjoy the sounds of the fountain on the lake! We can't wait to come back next year! We finally found a home that we all can't wait to return to! Thanks Jennifer for everything!

  We've stayed in the townhome in the first two weeks of june 2011, and we're feelling "@home" from the moment we've entered this beautiful home. The home was superclean and everything we've asked for was there. Altough there were some little techical problems but Paul and Kim from the managementcompany sorten it out in no-time :-) The street is very quite, at the time of our stay we where the only residents of the 6-townhomes block so we've heard nothing at all, but we like that very well. It's nice to stay at the pool wich cathes the sun all day long so there's almost no shade, but Jennifer has bought a sun-umbrella already. Sitting a the pool you can enjoy a nice view over the lake and watch the sun go down, very romantic ;-) As i wrote earlier in this review, the home is very complete, we've never had a vacationhome in Orlando before wich was equipped with so much kitchenware, tableware, coffecups, plates and so on. For pictures see our blog : http://penpeintheusa-juni2011.blogspot.com/2011_06_05_archive.html , still 'under construction' and sorry for the Dutch language ;-) During the bookingprocess we had good contacts with Jennifer, the owner, and it was everytime a pleasure to communicate with her and she is responding very fast every time.   This place is great, clean and beautifully decorated. It is very close to attractions, restaurants and super markets. The club house, with two heated pools and two spas, is a very short walk. We highly recommend this place to anyone traveling to Orlando.

  Our family had such a nice time! The house looks just as the pictures show. We were very pleased with the beauty of it. Our kids 8, 5, 3 and 1 loved the Disney bedrooms! The view of the water is right out the master bedroom window and you can hear the fountain at night even with the windows closed! (my favorite!) My husband and I loved it, as it was great to fall asleep to! We had plenty of space, and didn't even use the downstairs bedroom, so we could have brought another couple. The only disappointment we had was the weather. We weren't able to use the private pool (but it was pretty to look at) due to the unexpected cold weather Florida received (30's at night!!), but we plan on coming back at a warmer time. Everything about this home and our experience was just perfect!
