ABOUT OUR HOME... IT IS SUPER CLEAN AND WELL MAINTAINED AND BEAUTIFULLY APPOINTED WITH ALL NEW FURNITURE AND LINENS. There's underground and courtyard parking. IT IS HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE (1ST Floor of elevator building). Weekly maid service provided. Daily maid service available with extra charge.

We have a PHONE for local calls and receiving calls from home and 152 channels of satellite cable TV in Living Room and in Master Bedroom. There's central air conditioning with separate temperature controls in each room. Water purification system throughout building/neighborhood.

OUR GOURMET KITCHEN - WITH GRANITE COUNTERTOPS AND WHIRLPOOL GOLD APPLIANCES - fully furnished (DISHWASHER,WASHER & DRYER, coffee maker, blender, toaster, microwave, self cleaning oven, stove, all plates, silverware, pots& pans and cooking utensils available for your use) if you decide to venture out to a local market to buy fresh fruit or seafood to enjoy while watching the sunset from the private wraparound terrace.

SLEEPING AREAS FOR UP TO FIVE GUESTS: The large (home is one level, 1500 square feet), ONE BEDROOM features a KING-SIZE BED in the master bedroom suite with separate toilet and granite & marble, walled, shower en suite. We want you to be spoiled with 400-plus count luxury linens and duvets and thick, soft, Egyptian, cotton towels. (ALL LINENS AND TOWELS,TOILET TISSUE & KLEENEX & BATH SOAP PROVIDED). A TV--- with 152 international cable channels and DVD/VCR--- in the MASTER BEDROOM SITTING AREA is provided.

There is a SECOND FULL BATH AND LAUNDRY ROOM DOWN THE HALL. You can eat in the DINING ROOM OR at the GRANITE BREAKFAST BAR or on the terrace overlooking ocean/bay.

The large LIVING ROOM AREA sleeps up to two adults or three small children on the comfortable full-size mattress sofabed. (Sofa bed mattress is 5 inches thick and topped with 3-inch baffled down featherbed for additional comfort. )There is a matching 6' chaise lounge in the living room that could be used as a spare sleeping area (x-long twin-size). Guests are known to fall asleep listening to the ocean waves on the terrace chaise lounge. The living room has CABLE TV/DVD/VCR/CD. Selected music, movies, books and games are in our "library" that you can enjoy during your stay.

  • Hands down this was the best vacation we have had in 10 years! Joy by the Sea was definitely five star and exceeded our expectations. The condo was spotless with top of the line beautiful furnishings, plush designer towels and sheets and all the comforts of home. The view is spectacular and the condo is nestled on a quiet and very private section of the beach. Yet the location is close enough to shopping with all the major conveniences, like Starbucks, groceries and great restaurants! You couldn’t ask for a better location. Everything is within walking distance. All of the staff are wonderful and Joy was a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend Joy by the Sea!

  • We just returned from our one week stay in Mexico. We rented from Joy in the Playa Vista Complex. Everything was outstanding. We feel the way to see Puerto Vallarta is to stay in Nuevo Vallarta and a cheap cab ride away you have Old Town Puerto Vallarta and Bucerias - we even walked back from Bucerias to the condo on the Banderas Bay shores. We were so comfortable and our stay outstanding. Joy is thoughtful, Considerate and in our estimation one of the finest people to rent from. The condo is well situated on the shores of Banderas Bay and very clean and well keptand beautiful. High Speed Internet access is excellent. Fajita Republic just a block down the street is also an excellent place to eat. We ate there four times we enjoyed it so much. The owner is very pleasant. All in all we had a wonderful experience renting from Joy and would recommend her professional, yet warm and caring personality.

Randy and I have traveled to over forty countries together, and we can honestly say, that your condo was one of the best places that we have stayed. Randy, Rex, and I had an absolutely wonderful time. It was fantastic. In fact, little Rex perfected his walking skills there, and greatly enjoyed eating his meals on the terrace. You were absolutely right about the tamales at the Paradise Vllage market. We must have eaten a dozen. Well, we have returned to our daily grind and can only daydream of the beautiful beach. I just wanted to wish you a Happy New Year and tell you how thrilled I was to have spent the holiday at your condo in Nuevo Vallarta with my kids. The service you provided and answers to questions leading up to our visit was excellent. I must admit that I was a little wary of the internet, but the way you treated us gave me confidence. We were very impressed by your home. Everything about it is first class and top notch. My kids loved everything about it. The beach is right out the pool gate. The water was great. The weather was great. You had so many extras, games, TVs, DVDs, movie selections, that they were never bored. We consider ourselves part of the family now and want to come back soon.     Yes, we enjoyed our stay very much ! There is really nothing that we can suggest you change. The condo is very well appointed and compared with others we have stayed at, you have alot of little extras that make it very,very nice. The information you provide is very comprehensive and helpful. The only comment, which has nothing to do with anything you provide, is that at Christmas it was very busy. At times, there were no lounges at the pool, however, it is a great time to go with a family. This was not a complaint ,just an observation. And, yes, we did get the wine ! Very thoughtful!   • Joy By the Sea is truly beautiful! Being by the ocean is relaxing and enjoyable, especially being able to watch the sun set every night. There are so many activities to enjoy, based upon your individual interest. The condo itself is beautifully furnished and well cared for. The surrounding grounds are filled with lots of colorful flowers and plants. This was a very special vacation for me, and one that I will look forward to again. What a "Joyful" experience!
