  We just returned from our one week stay in Mexico. We rented from Joy in the Playa Vista Complex. Everything was outstanding. We feel the way to see Puerto Vallarta is to stay in Nuevo Vallarta and a cheap cab ride away you have Old Town Puerto Vallarta and Bucerias - we even walked back from Bucerias to the condo on the Banderas Bay shores. We were so comfortable and our stay outstanding. Joy is thoughtful, Considerate and in our estimation one of the finest people to rent from. The condo is well situated on the shores of Banderas Bay and very clean and well keptand beautiful. High Speed Internet access is excellent. Fajita Republic just a block down the street is also an excellent place to eat. We ate there four times we enjoyed it so much. The owner is very pleasant. All in all we had a wonderful experience renting from Joy and would recommend her professional, yet warm and caring personality.

  Thank you again for assisting in providing the lovely accommodations for our recent vacation. We were kind of sad that G scooped the first place as it likely would have been better for us as none of our kids were able to arrange to come down so we had the place all to ourselves. ...We left the residence as it was on arrival. I look forward to receiving the damage deposit return at your convenience. DW BC

  Joy We had a great 9 days at your condo. So nice to have everything we could want. ( I even found your basil plant for some red sauce!) Very quiet, and could people watch the "beach freeway" from our private beach! We has a great time! Thanks so much. We are interested in reserving for next year. Thanks again for a flawless vacation!   Hands down this was the best vacation we have had in 10 years! Joy by the Sea was definitely five star and exceeded our expectations. The condo was spotless with top of the line beautiful furnishings, plush designer towels and sheets and all the comforts of home. The view is spectacular and the condo is nestled on a quiet and very private section of the beach. Yet the location is close enough to shopping with all the major conveniences, like Starbucks, groceries and great restaurants! You couldn’t ask for a better location. Everything is within walking distance. All of the staff are wonderful and Joy was a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend Joy by the Sea!

  (E-mailed June 8, 2005 following visit) Edwina, ...Hope you are well. We wanted to thank you again for the opportunity to rent the condo. Randy and I have traveled to over forty countries together, and we can honestly say, that your condo was one of the best places that we have stayed. Randy, Rex, and I had an absolutely wonderful time. It was fantastic. In fact, little Rex perfected his walking skills there, and greatly enjoyed eating his meals on the terrace. You were absolutely right about the tamales at the Paradise Vllage market. We must have eaten a dozen. Well, we have returned to our daily grind and can only daydream of the beautiful beach. Hopefully, we will be able to return. In the mean time, can you please let us know the status of our deposit? Kind Regards and a sincere thank you, Julie, Randy, and Rex

We wanted to let you know we loved your place very much. We would definately look at staying again and we will pass your name around to others. Thanks for the call as well, caught Tina of gaurd, everything was more than perfect. The kids said that the pullout and chaise were the most comfortable they slept on for the whole 30 day holiday.   Sent via email day guest returned from condo 3/19/2005: Dear Mr. & Mrs. Divins, Well, our two weeks seemed to evaporate at an incredible rate and we are now safely back home. Joane and I would like to sincerely thank you both for sharing your home with us. Joy by the sea was everything that we had imagined and much, much more.   Yes, we enjoyed our stay very much ! There is really nothing that we can suggest you change. The condo is very well appointed and compared with others we have stayed at, you have alot of little extras that make it very,very nice. The information you provide is very comprehensive and helpful. The only comment, which has nothing to do with anything you provide, is that at Christmas it was very busy. At times, there were no lounges at the pool, however, it is a great time to go with a family. This was not a complaint ,just an observation. And, yes, we did get the wine ! Very thoughtful!   (Guest telephoned 12/26 the day after his holiday visit to express his comments) "My son told me you called to ask how our stay was, but I was out at the beach all day, every day ao I missed it. I just wanted to wish you a Happy New Year and tell you how thrilled I was to have spent the holiday at your condo in Nuevo Vallarta with my kids. The service you provided and answers to questions leading up to our visit was excellent. I must admit that I was a little wary of the internet, but the way you treated us gave me confidence. We were very impressed by your home. Everything about it is first class and top notch. My kids loved everything about it. The beach is right out the pool gate. The water was great. The weather was great. You had so many extras, games, TVs, DVDs, movie selections, that they were never bored. We consider ourselves part of the family now and want to come back soon. I have one suggestion, you should leave pictures of yourselves in the condo so we can know our "new family". The staff was great too! See you again soon. Thank you so very much. Ron D. CT
