Our Surf Court villa on popular South Forest Beach will give you and your family a vacation to remember. We are located across the street from one of the finest beaches on the East Coast and within one block of the world-class Van Der Meer Tennis University, Players Club Fitness Center, Waterfun Park, miniature golf, and grocery shopping. Within three blocks is Coligny Plaza with approximately 80 shops and fine dining, and two beachfront bars where you can relax and enjoy a drink and the serenity of the ocean.
Our three-story, three-bedroom, two-and-one-half bath, well-maintained villa steps out to a beautifully landscaped, enclosed courtyard and pool. Take a sunset walk on the beach and see an occasional dolphin, or ride your bikes on the beach or the islands many trails. Enjoy fishing, boating, roller-blading, jogging, horseback riding, parasailing, waterskiing, jet skiing, windsurfing, or one of the islands 20 golf courses, four of which are ranked in the top 100 in the nation.
Harbour Town, home to the Heritage Golf Tournament, and Shelter Cove are a short ride away where you and your family can enjoy great shopping, fine dining, outdoor entertainment, and beautiful scenery.
Our villa has a ceramic-tiled, front entry that leads into a full-sized, well-equipped kitchen complete with a washer and dryer. An open counter with bar stools leads to the dining room and into a comfortable living room creating a great room complete with an entertainment center that has a stereo/CD player/TV and VCR/DVD player.
Relax after a day at the beach - enjoy the courtyard, take a dip in the pool, or have a barbecue.
Upstairs there is a tastefully decorated master bedroom with a king-sized bed, dresser, chair, and TV/VCR. Also on the second floor is a large, second bedroom with two twin beds. Between the bedrooms is a full-sized bathroom with a large shower and seat that will accommodate a handicapped person. The large, third floor bedroom has two twin beds, dresser, chair, TV/VCR, and a full bathroom with dressing area. All bedrooms have overhead fans and large closets.
Reserved parking is right outside your door. There is a fenced-in area for your bikes and drying your towels.
Even though we love them, pets are not allowed. This is a non-smoking villa.
