  The owner of this condo was very accommodating to our request of working around our schedule for our stay. The condo was clean and in a great location. The building is small and quiet, with great access to the beach. The pool was nice and had very few other people using it. Overall we had a great time on the islands.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, romantic getaway.

  We spent a week on Sanibel in June and fell in love with the island and just had to come back. When I contacted Alex he was gracious and accomodating. The condo is nicely appointed and the pool and beach are fantastic.

  We were looking forward to a week of relaxing on Sanibel and this unit was perfect in every way. Not only was it clean, well-appointed and comfortable, it had beautiful gulf views from almost every room! The beach was great for walking and shelling or for just sitting under an umbrella gazing out at the blue-green water. The pool was large with plenty of chairs and loungers with lots of tropical landscaping. Alex, the owner, was very accommodating in helping us schedule our vacation and though we arrived after hours, the property manager had a detailed rental packet waiting in the lock box. The week flew by much too quickly but we look forward to returning again soon and will be recommending to friends and family. Thank you for such an enjoyable getaway!

  Everything was perfect. Just as described. Short walk on boardwalk to beach, great ocean/beach view from condo. Large pool, not crowded at all. Enjoyed walking to lighthouse, saw dophlins, variety of birds and collected lots of shells. Condo had everything we needed for a great family vacation. Loved the storage closet, fully stocked with umbrellas, chairs, etc. Hope to return to this condo.

  As a kid my parents brought our family to this same building every summer for vacation and I couldn't wait to bring my husband and his family. The building location is great; there aren't as many larger hotels on the east end so it's a bit quieter and it's very convenient getting on and off the island. There are plenty of restaurants within a five minute drive (I recommend Island Cow and Lighthouse Cafe) or short bike ride, and the lighthouse is only a short walk away. The condo is a great size for 5-6 people, enough room for everyone to be comfortable, very clean and well maintained, with everything you need to feel right at home. The screened lanai is perfect for enjoying the view with your morning coffee or an evening drink. Owner was extremely helpful and accommodating while making our reservation. I highly recommend this condo and hope to be back soon.

  My husband and I have rented several condos in Sanibel over the years. This condo is, in our opinion, the best place to stay on the island. If you love peace and quiet, you will have all the tranquility you desire. The condo is just steps away from a pristine beach for walking, shelling, or just sitting back to enjoy the sights of the beautiful Gulf. The unit is just minutes away from the lighthouse walking east. If you chose to walk west, you have several miles of beautiful beach. By car you are only a short drive to lots of great restaurants and shops. For nature lovers, Ding Darling is a short drive away. In fact, you never have to leave the condo to enjoy the beauty of nature. The birds and dolphins are plentiful and a joy to watch from the beach or from the lanai. This condo is perfect for families and couples. We love it and look forward to future visits. We wouldn't stay anywhere else.
