  We just arrived home from staying a week at the Beach Retreat, and we miss it terribly already!!!! We truly enjoyed every minute of our stay. The unit was exactly as described and the pictures could have been our own. The unit was very well maintained and spotless. Elizabeth, it was a true pleasure to rent from you again, and we were relieved that we still had your contact info!! We will definitely be renting again in 2013, and we CAN'T WAIT!!!!! I would highly recommend this property to my familyand friends, and would recommend the Alabama Theater, Carolina Opry, and the Barefoot Landing shopping and dining locatio, which are super close to the unit. We could even walk up the street to the souviener shop!!!!! Thank you so much for opening your property to travellers and for keeping it affordable!!! We had a GREAT time, and our pooches say thank you for allowing them to come too and not have to stay at a kennel!! Eagerly anticipating our next stay!!!!!

  A cute, cozy and clean place which offered all the amenities of home and the perfect pet friendly solution for traveling with our dogs. Lovely neighborhood and just a very quick walk to the beach. The hose outside was great for washing the sand off ourselves and the dogs. No doubts about it, we would stay here again! Thank you Elizabeth, for your pleasant and efficient service and assistance.

  I had to make a business trip and wanted to make it a vacation for hubby and me. We rented the villa at Windy Hill and even brought our small dog. It was clean, cozy and comfortable for everyone, quiet, yet close to meeting venues, restaurants, golf and fishing. Elizabeth was very pleasant and easy to work with. We want to return and next trip - no work, just play!

  Recommended for: Age 55+, pet owners, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children.

  Spent Nov and Dec in this villa and just loved it. Loved the peace and quiet of the neighborhood. Great area to walk your dog, not much traffic, close to the beach and everyone is so friendly. Convienent to everything. Elizabeth was great to work with, description was right on and place was very clean.I would recommend this to anyone looking for a small villa.

  This was our first visit to Myrtle Beach and this villa is a FANTASTIC location! It's a few blocks from Barefoot Landing, a couple miles to Tanger Outlets, easy and quick access to the main strip in Myrtle and best of all, it's literally the length of a football field and you are on the BEACH! We could walk back to use the restroom, eat lunch, take our dogs back, etc. It was awesome! The pictures look exactly like what it does in person. The covered porch was nice to put your sandy shoes and throw your towels in the washer before even going into the villa. It was only connected to one other unit and we never heard them! It's well lit, felt safe and had everything you needed. Elizabeth is great to work with too, she's helpful and quick in her responses. Overall, I would highly recommend this villa, especially if you aren't interested in a high rise and want something with a home-like feel. It was great! Also, Sept. is a great time to go, it wasn't too crowded and everything is still open and active. The weather was perfect, 80's all week!

  Just left today. Had a great stay. 2 blocks from the beach. The villa was nice and clean. The only complaint I have is we never were able to hook into the wifi. But over all great visit. Will rent again!

  This was our second year in a row at Villa # and it was even better than the last time. The ground floor is perfect with two young boys so we could play Frisbee or Bocce Ball. The comfort level and amenities are top notch. I think we only ate a couple meals out because we had everything needed to make great meals, especially our big breakfasts! That savings allowed us to do whatever we wanted and buy fun stuff, isn't that what vacation is all about! We will be back next year and possibly for a 4 day weekend in the fall!!

  Wow, what a nice condo. Everything was in such great shape and we really felt at home. The location is wonderful and the golf couses at Barefoot are the best. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to booking our summer vacation with you soon.

  Beautiful Place!! Barefoot Landing is great and so many restraunts close by. Apartment was immaculant and beautifully furnished. We had a great spring vacation with the March weather in the mid 60's. Looking forward to next year!

  We greatly enjoyed our stay at your condo! The beachy furnishings were beautiful and the kitchen was stocked with plenty of utensils. We would definitely stay here again! The first-floor unit was perfect for my in-laws! Thanks again for being so helpful.
