This condo is new, and has only been rented for a couple of weeks since the building was built in 2007 and decorated in the South Seas Polynesian style for luxury. Tired of being cramped into a shoe box like condo with everyone on top of each other? Just steps away from some of the most beautiful beaches in the world, you can spend your days lounging at the private rooftop pool in the summer sun, lounging on the sparkling white sands of Panama City Beach, or floating through the warm gulf waves. I went with a bunch of girls and we had a great time! This condo was very spacious and the half bath came in handy since we had a bunch of girls getting ready all at once. Extra pillows, extra blankets, extra chairs, and REALLY comfy beds, we all thought so, even the pull out couch wasn't bad. Lots of towels and washcloths too. Condo was very clean and nicely decorated. I usually stay and look for places that are directly on the beach but the walk was so close it really wasn't a big difference, we got a nice view, and it's right across from sharky's and very close to Pier Park (check out Tootsies!) The porch was nice, also very spacious. The only complaint, nothing big, make sure you take the double elevators to get to the 15th floor with the rooms, front desk could've told us this. Great vacation!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
