About the owner: My name is Rick Simon. I am a high school Social and Business teacher and I instruct music and recording as an extra curricular activities. My wife Susanne is also a school teacher in elementary and we have a son named Joshua who is three years old. We own a company called Vacation Headquarters Inc. We offer our guests excellent prices and service for units at Cypress Pointe Grande Villas. We also cooperate with other owners to provide a large inventory to our guests.
Why the Owner Chose Orlando:
Well, I call Cypress Point my headquarters for Orlando, hence the company name. The price, location and quality of condos is amazing. It is so close to everything Orlando is famous for. Also, the resort itself has so much to offer that it isn't necessary to leave the grounds. Cypress Point Grand Villas has just been fully renovated and the square footage of these condos is enormous. 1350 square feet! That is almost the same as my house, so it really is a home away from home.
