  Great place to stay in Munds Park! The porch was huge, the kitchen is well stocked, free use of kayak, close to hiking trails and forest roads, and only yards away from the lake.....it was only me, my husband, our 2yo boy and 2 dogs and there was plenty of room for more...my only regret is that paying extra for cleaning fee as we barely used the rest of the house, linens and towels and we pretty left the place clean. So hopefully the owner will be flexible next time on that because we will definitely stay here again. I will highly recommend to friends...the owner is easily accessible and helpful.

  We had 12 people stay here and it was very comfortable. The kitchen is situated in such a way that 4-5 were able to prepare meals at the same time without getting in each others way. Beds were comfortable, Fire in the fireplace was fun on cold nites and the sights around Flagstaff were fantastic (Grand Canyon, Sedona, Snowbowl and old town), We had a great reunion. Hadn't seen each other for 10 years.

  We just got back from our trip to Munds Park and Phoenix area. Our stay in Munds Park was very nice. After a long day of traveling it was so nice to have a nice cabin waiting for us. Cabin has an incredible covered front porch. It was nice to sit on the porch at night and listen to the Elk. Kitchen was very nice, had everything u needed for a gourmet meal. We spent 5 nights in the cabin then headed back south to spend 4 nights in Phoenix area. Cabin also has a great location. Didnt take us long at all to get to the Grand Canyon. Also made several trips into Sedona. If you have a 4wheel drive I highly recommend taking the back road into Sedona. It's just 1 exit south of Munds Park called Schnebly Hill Road. It was the most scenic drive I have ever been on. The owner (Bill) was also great to work with and was great about emailing me information on the cabin and things to do around the area. Cant wait to come back and enjoy your wonderful cabin. Tom Carr Bellevue Ky

  My family of five had a great time in this wonderful home. It was even nicer than we expected. The updated kitchen was a treat. With that and the grill, we saved money and time by cooking right there and enjoying the beautiful weather and surroundings of Munds Park. The kitchen table/ chairs were different than the photo; the table was very large and had nice matching chairs. We loved it. There were also some newer porch chairs that we used on the large porch. It was an awesome place to relax and do some bird-watching. The master bath had a nice shower and double vanity that looked all new. The floorplan was very nice and the lofts were novel and fun for the kids. All the bedding looked new or close to new. Being close to the lake meant we could walk there in a couple minutes to fish. My teenage boys used the two kayaks in the garage and that was great fun. It is a bit of a trek to get them up and down the hill, but worth it for the experience. The living room furniture was very comfortable and clean, and the satellite tv was nice to have. The location was great. We went to Walnut Canyon, Mormon Lake, and the Lowell Observatory. There were many more places we could've gone in the area; so much to choose from. There are many restaurant choices only 15 or so minutes away in Flagstaff. This was a great place to relax, spend quality family time, enjoy the scenery and still be within a close distance to many interesting attractions and restaurants. And lastly, the owner was always helpful and prompt in his coorespondence with us.

  My family and I spent 6 great vacation days at this location. In my estimation, although the description was accurate - wow... it did not begin to describe the rooms, the porch, the dream kitchen, all the amenities, including the use of 2 kayaks. It was truly a nice place to stay. The view! The weather! Everything was very nice. We toured various attractions in Flag and came "home" to just kicking back and relaxing while the 6 kids (ages 14 to 6) enjoyed fishing fun. They were never bored. The owners were helpful, considerate, and respectful of our questions. Cool for all ages. Would we stay again? You bet! Enjoy!

  We recently enjoyed time in Munds Park with our adult children & their little ones. What a great place... remodeled...plenty of room to spread out; two lofts, a master suite, secondary bedroom and large common area. Wow; great kitchen! The covered porch was an added bonus. Pictures accurately reflect the rental's appearance and amenities. Everything was clean and orderly. The owners were extremely kind & helpful, even offering use of two Kayaks for our enjoyment on O'Dell Lake, adjacent to the property. Although it's a bit remote, we enjoyed the surroundings. There are beautiful hiking trails within steps of the cottage. In addition, we made day trips to the Grand Canyon, Sedona and of course, beautiful Flagstaff. Looking forward to other occasions at this great get-away!

  We recently rented this house for a week and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cabin has all the extras you need and more. The recently remodeled kitchen and master bath were very nice. A very comfortable place to stay for your vacation. Owner was very quick to respond to our needs. We would highly recommend this rental and look forward to our next visit to northern Arizona.
