Mountain log cabin (8200 sq. ft.). 1/2 mile from Beaver Mt. ski area, 12 miles from Bear Lake. Great location for many winter and summer activities. Snow mobile rentals and horse rides are available at Beaver Creek Lodge (within walking distance). The cabin was built for large family gatherings and other large groups. We are willing to share it a few weeks a year.

My extended family and I were able to rent the cabin the week before Christmas and although there was not a ton of snow, this cabin and the setting are magical. The layout of the cabin was perfect for our group of 18, and we had a ton of room to spare. The main floor is one giant space with a large nice, well laid out kitchen, huge dining area with two tables, and incredible great room with floor to ceiling windows over looking the entire valley. The bedrooms are comfortable and nice, everyone was happy. More important to us then the cabin was the out door setting; perfect hidden spot for snow shoeing, snow machines, cross country skiing, and sledding, all right out the back door. The owner was very accommodating and helpful in every way. We will would definitely rent this cabin again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, adventure seekers, families with teenagers.

We recently stayed at the Luxurious Mountain Lodge while competing in a triathlon at Bear Lake. I cannot even begin to tell you how beautiful the area, as well as the cabin itself, are. Absolutely breathtaking! We loved the more secluded feel of this cabin, and appreciated the owner's attention to detail and thoughtfulness to ensure we had the most amazing weekend with our friends! From the incredible views from the deck to the s'mores over the fire pit; from the deer just outside the cabin to the many trophies our group won; this was an extended weekend I will never forget!Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.
