This is our family's 1BR luxury ski condo at River Run, newest development at Keystone-Silver Mill building. It's a great location, just a short walk through the village to the gondola lift, the hub for day and night skiing-it's the largest night skiing operation in North America. The 2011-12 season will be the 4th for the new, state of the art gondola system that is even closer to our unit than before, about 75 yards, and the new skier bridge opened last season. There's nothing like rolling out of bed in the morning and having a very short walk to the lifts. You can enjoy the terrain at Keystone until 8PM most winter nights. River Run is also headquarters for summer activities-see Keystone's website for listings. Shops, restaurants and village life are literally right outside your door. Great for winter or summer vacations.
This unit has a private balcony with mountain views and partial views of ski runs and features heated underground parking. Silver Mill also has wireless internet that is now free for all guests, and we have recently added a new king size bed to go with the queen sleeper in the living room. Hot tubs, outdoor heated pool, sauna, and game room are available for your enjoyment and our building is also home to the River Run Day Care Center, an Italian Restaurant and Starbucks. Everything you need for a great ski trip or summer vacation is right here.
Our family has rented for years and have recently purchased. We just fired our management company and now want to pass along this great location to other families at competitive rates. We wanted a unit that was right in the village, so we wouldn't have to drive there every day from somewhere else.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
The proximity to skiing is the best, but we also enjoy the village life, including the hot tubs, outdoor heated, pool, shops, and restaurants. We never miss going in the summer either. It's a great place for a summer vacation.

Great place, easy access to skiing in the winter and summer activities in the warm season. Clean and quiet. Easy parking in the garage. Good owner that is attentive to guests.
