This ocean view luxury penthouse suite is at the famous kamaole sands resort across from the best beach in maui, hi; kamaole iii.
we just put in all new floors, countertops in kitchen, cabinets; shower enclosures and double shower in master bath wiith beautiful tile and special glass mosaic trim. it is light and bright with new appliances also.
My unit is very desireable and rated aaa by the resort, castle management.
Only bld one and ten have ocean views, mine is one. Also there are only approx. 45 penthouses, thats the best, the penthouse. Do yourself a favor stay at the best.
Mine is 2 bed with queen in master; queen and single in bed 2; single rollaway portable couch for that 6th party. Seats an extra 3 for TV or games.
Newly remodeled with new cabinets; countertops; living room furniture,.
We live 1 mile away if any problems, we are right there. No waiting for management to help you with no answer.
We are constantly striving to improve the amenities and furnishings to make your stay at our beautiful condo a memorable trip to the islands of maui.
Our unit is quiet and 15 ft to elevators to front door. No hauling up those stairs. Our unit does not have any traffic or children screaming from the pool. We are approx 200 ft to the breaking waves and 125 ft to the fabulous swimming pools.
There are 2 pools, one for children and the large one for adults;
Also two hot tubs; there is a wokout room on site and an activity desk for all your needs.
The outdoor showers and restrooms are great as you dont have to run to your room;
Each wed. 3 to 5 we have free mai tais and hula dancing and singing by the pool provided by our aoao.
The property is patrolled 24/7 so no worries about break ins or car problems.
The maids are also on site, if you need anything extra. Ie towels, etc. Extra cleans are 35. Each
The kamaole sands is a highly sought after property that is warm and welcoming to families and singles alike. The beautiful grounds are daily manicured and trimmed for viewing of the ocean; pool and waterfalls placed throught the resort.
Mine is very conveninet to all the ammenities and within walking distance to restaurants; shops and beaches.
Computers are availabe in the office for a fee and internet is included in my unit at no extra cost.
Rates begin at 165 per nite up to 235 per nite for holidays.
The kamaole sands is easy access to the hwy; boating; beaches; walking distance to all amenities.
My unit is a little larger than some as it is a townhouse style. Check out the fabulous 6 ft winding staircase to the master suite, it sold me on the unit. After seeing the layout, I had to have it.
Although, we would love to live here, we are in process of selling our other 2 condos and might some day end up at this unit. It is our dream. Make it your dream if only for a while. Enjoy al the privacy and peace you desire while visiting the islands.

The perfect condo for my family, A huge plus is sun on the lanai for every hour of the day which is not common in the other buildings. We'll be having our third stay in this unit soon and really looking forward to it. I've also tried the ground floor at Kamaole Sands and but really prefer the this top floor unit for openness and the view! Building 1 is also closest to the beach which is nice. The owner Claudia has been super easy to deal with every time and seems to do her best to accommodate, even when changes have been necessary. No problem recommending this condo to others.

Condo was just as described on VRBO. Nice area of Kihei, good view of water from the lanai, across from Kamaole III beach park. Owner was very helpful, lives locally and readily available. Condo complex is nicely landscaped and well maintained. It was a very nice vacation.

The unit was just as was listed on the VRBO site.Had all of the amenities of home, close to everything- beach, pool, tennis courts, restaurants and shopping.The owner was very helpful,and readily available by phone or email to answer any questions or concerns.The buildings,grounds and pool are very well kept. A real jewel in Maui!! WOuld highly recommend VRBO, this owner and Kamaole Sands to everyone. THANKS AGAIN FOR AN INCREDIBLE STAY!

The unit is in one of the best locations in Kamaole Sands and we loved how the unit had two floors. Very well equipped and prime location to the beach, pool, etc. Kamaole Sands is a perfect property for kids and families. The owner was great to deal with.

THEN I MET MY HUSBAND DOUG AND WE MOVED TO THE ADVENTUROUS NORTHWEST TO PURSUE OUR BUISNESS AND HORSES AND OTHER SPORTS. WE LOVE TO STAY ACTIVE AND HAVE ENJOYED SHARING ALL OUR ACTIVITIES WITH OUR CHLDREN AND GRANDCHILDREN. NOW IN OUR LATER YEARS, WE HAVE HAD TO SLOW DOWN TO GOLF AND THE POOL.
