Wonderful vacation home
Wonderful vacation home
My family and I had a great time this Christmas at the cabin. There were quality furnishings and bedding. The closet in the game room was stocked with all the board games we could wish for. In the garage there were sleds, fishing poles and bikes. We baked cookies and roasted marshmallows over the wood burning fireplace, that was fully stocked with plenty of firewood. Between the great accommodations and the Christmas Eve snow fall, it was a wonderful vacation that my whole family will remember. I hope to stay here again.

This home is tastefully decorated while also surprisingly kid friendly. Perfect floor plan with the master bedroom on one side and the other two bedrooms on the other side. The two living areas are great for separate kid/adult time. Everything is top notch: linens, towels, kitchen supplies, furniture....a very nice place and very clean. The location is perfect. While on the back patio (you will love this patio!), you think you are deep in the woods, but there is a Safeway about 2 miles away-very convenient! And the community, Torreon, is gorgeous! We spent a month walking the area admiring the beautiful homes. The club house is great for happy hour or Sunday brunch. We would definitely choose this wonderful home again.

Just spent a long weekend at this property and we could not have been more pleased. A beautiful house with beautiful scenery, enjoyed having coffee on the deck in the morning, so private and peaceful. The owners have lots of games for children and one evening we had a game night on the back patio followed by making s'mores on the firepit. My husband and I took a trail ride at the Equestrian center and our Grandson enjoyed "golfing" on the 3 par course. We definetly we go back again.

Spent long weekend celebrating father's 80th birthday and twins 3rd birthday. Comfortably fit 4 adults and two kids. Owners were great to deal with and property was fantastic. Torreon Community provides a great variety of activities for all ages. Looking forward to many more visits with our family. TC-Phoenix, Az

Family Get Away

We had an excellent stay at this beautiful, White Mountain retreat! The house is perfect for kids, as there is a kids wing with two bunk beds that sleep 4, a gaming area and fun games (air hockey table). Even the outside deck has a kids area with a nice, red picnic table. The home is very clean, well decorated and well-equipped for cooking. The house has excellent, modern, high--end appliances that are well maintained. The owners have been great to deal with and are very responsive to questions, etc. Check out the nearby lake...we rented canoes, went kayaking and swam in the cool water. Mama Bears's (a 15 minute drive) is a great place for breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay!

Why the Owner Chose Show Low:
We love our home in the valley but with the summer time heat Torreon offered a quick way to escape the heat in a beautiful master planned community. Torreon's daytime temperature are about 20 degrees cooler than the valley and the nighttime the temperature dips even lower. We all love wearing our sweatshirts to the Fourth of July Fireworks!! Coming from the East Coast, we love being surrounded by pine trees.
The Unique Benefits at this Cabin:
The club atmosphere of Torreon was the biggest attraction of the property. We love riding our bikes to the clubhouse and meeting up with other families in a relaxed safe atmosphere. It feels like we are at camp for the whole summer!
