This cozy condo is great for the serious skier, a romantic couples weekend, or just plain relaxing.

The Buffehr Creek bus stop is less than a minutes walk from your doorstep, and it's a less than 15 minute Free Town of Vail bus ride to Vail Village. Perfect for catching the bus for the "first-chair," or an easy bus ride into the village for a wonderful dinner and walk around town. It's a five minute walk to the grocery stores, liquor stores, bars, restaurants, and other shops in West Vail. Also, the West Vail freeway ramp is less than a minutes drive if you want to enjoy Beaver Creek and the amenities of Avon and Edwards, and having two assigned off-street parking spots makes it easy.

There are two bedrooms, each with a comfortable solid wood-frame Queen Bed with bedside tables, lamps, dressers, and closets. The bathroom has been recently updated with a granite countertop, tile floors, and stainless steel fixtures. There is an additional comfort-foam queen bed in the sectional sleeper sofa to sleep up to six people comfortably.

The spacious and open format kitchen is fully stocked with new wares, and has a clean finish with tile floors, granite countertops, and nice appliances. The view from the kitchen window is phenomonal, and can be enjoyed from the sink area and while dining at the breakfast bar.

The living room is built for comfort, with a microfiber sectional couch featuring a large chaise and seating for 5 or more, a modern full reclining swivel chair, and a stylish electric fireplace which brings immediate warmth to the room. The patio has a gas grill with a full suite of tools and is easily accessible from the front door.

                    I just rented this condo for 3 days originally, but due to the heavy snow, I had to stay an extra day. This condo is very clean, nicely furnished, roomy, appliances up to date and as advertised, it is within 50 yards or so to the bus that takes you right to the mountain. The complex is very quiet and there are two tandem parking spaces right in front of the condo. The owner is a kind and very gracious person who really goes out of his way to accommodate renters needs. I will have a long term renting relationship with this landlord. Reasonable rates. Beats the heck out of a Hotel hands down.

                    unit is below average no tvs in bedrooms kitchen utensils, toaster need to be replaced no blender ,carpet is old,parking area is terrible do not recommend for medical patients on crutches.deck area is dirty, gas grill is shot unit lacks upkeep the few clean up items mop etc were in sad shape, moldy mop. beds were cheap mattresses so comfortable no convenient yes.

                    Owner response: This was an unfortunate situation in which the renter asked for his money back because his daughter's recovery period from Steadman ended one day early, and he wanted to check out early. I told him I would refund if I could find a new renter for that night, but I was unable to on such short notice. I have refunded money in the past and will do so in the future when conditions warrant, however I cannot justify refunding to demanding renters who would like to block of periods of time during peak ski season and then change plans one day in advance.

                    Had a great time staying here with friends from out of town. The cozy condo and close proximity to the bus stop, grocery store, and Ale House made for a wonderful time. We will definitely be staying here again in the future. Comfy beds and I slept on the sleeper sofa (I didn't even know it was possible to have a comfortable sleeper sofa).

                    My husband and I had the pleasure of being 2 of 5 people staying in this fantastic condo. Hands down the best thing about this condo is its LOCATION! It is less than a one minute walk from the shuttle that takes you into Vail so that you don’t have to pay to park for the day or worry about enjoying après-ski the way that you would like. Also, it is a very short walk to two grocery stores and a ski rental location. You don’t even need to rent a car if you stay here. The two bedrooms are spacious and the pull out corner couch has a very comfortable mattress. The bathroom has a fantastic shower head and all of the towels you need. The unit also has a flat screen television and full kitchen, fully equipped.

                    We stayed in this unit for a short summer weekend recently and were very pleased with the set up. All the furniture seemed brand new and the beds were very comfortable. Within walking distance there is a grocery store, liquor store and number of restaurants from which to choose. The bus also runs very close to the unit. In fact, we caught a late bus (12:15 am) from the Vail Village station and were standing in the unit's driveway in about 5 minutes. This would be a perfect place to stay in the winter when parking in Vail Village and Lionshead can be taxing. Our interactions with the owner were seamless and we found him to be very responsive. Definitely recommend this place!

                    We had a wonderful ladies' weekend in Vail this winter. As a former Vail resident I can attest that this condo is in a perfect location. The condo itself is super clean and cozy and the bed was remarkably comfortable! I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone looking for a great spot in an amazing ski town.

                  About the owner: I'm an energy markets consultant living in Denver, and love spending time in the Rocky Mountains. I love the sunshine, skiing, fishing, and biking, and that's only the stuff I have time for!

                  Why the Owner Chose Other West Vail Properties:
                  I chose to purchase in the Vail valley because of the amazing powder, the phenomonal trout fishing, and the ease of access from Denver. I've been visiting the area for five years now, and find it hard to beat for the mix of activities and amenities, and the way it allows you to feel so far from home even if you're not.

                  The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
                  This property is unique because of the access it offers to skiing at Vail - you literally roll out of bed, put your boots on, take the bus into town, and you're on the lift. Or if you prefer Beaver Creek, the highway is right down the street. The outdoor space and access to summer activities is equally appealing. Having two assigned off-street parking spots adds flexibility and peace of mind, and being able to walk to the West Vail amenities is a huge convenience.
