You can enjoy the view of sail boats in English Bay on a sunny while having a glass of wine sitting on the deck. You also have a modern gourmet kitchen. Whether a quick breakfast before heading to the convention or ski hill, or a full dinner meal with your family to enjoy quality vacation time, this fully equipped kitchen is a great bonus.
Because of the history of the building, the vacation home comes with a private elevator that takes you from underground parking and lobby floor straight up to the penthouse floor.
All bedrooms are upstairs. There are 3 queen beds in 3 of the bedrooms and a twin bed plus 2 bathrooms up and 1 powder room down by the foyer. You can sleep 7 in 3 bedrooms. Additional bedding set up can be accommodated in the living area for extra occupancy with a fee.

We had a great time in this beautiful penthouse home. We were three couples exploring Vancouver and this was a perfect spot to use as base. There was plenty of room. We walked most places and used public transportation. We rented a car for Whistler. Using the private elevator from the reserved parking straight up to the penthouse made us feel special! Very nice apartment in a great location
Very nice apartment in a great location
We stayed in this apartment for 4 days in July and found it to be very nice. Do be aware that there is no air conditioning. It is rarely needed in Vancouver and there are plenty of fans but the upstairs got a little stuffy while we were out and had to close the patio doors. Both upstairs bathrooms are off the hall (none directly off a "master" bedroom) and the tiny 4th bedroom has a single bed. The apartment worked well for our two families (4 children 6-9 yrs). The location is nice and convenient to everything we wanted to see and do. It is an easy walk to Robson St. and a nice walk to Stanley Park and Granville Island. It is clean and well cared for. The kitchen is well stocked and there is plently of space in the downstairs. We particularly liked the downstairs patio in the evenings. Overall we were very pleased and recomend this property without reservation.

Thanks Serena! It was very nice to meet your husband and your daughter. Your house was very nice and we had a wonderful stay. Thank you again for letting us use your property. We liked that there were movie channels, access to internet/wi-fi, use of kitchen utensils, cookware, oven, dishwasher, laundry, and towels. We also liked the location of the building and also security. We only have two minor comments though. One was we weren't able to find the hand soap in some of the bathrooms. And the other was we were not able to find a can-opener! But other than that, everything was wonderful. In addition the place we clean and orderly. Thanks again and have a wonderful summer! :)

We are unfortunately not able to accommodate any short term rentals. While monthly rentals are considered, our preference is minimum 3 months to yearly rentals.
$1000 deposit to confirm the booking and to be held as security/damage deposit. First month rent due at least 45 days prior to check in.
Additional Fees and Taxes:
The rate includes a monthly cleaning, one underground car park and all taxes. The secondary parking is additional $150.00/mo. A 3.25% credit card service fee applies for payments by Visa or Mastercard.
